      Dried root which golden yellow in colour, used widely in Asian cooking, known as Haldhi or Manjala in India.

      Turmeric is high in oxalate (bad).
      Curcumin is low in oxalate (good).
      Try Turmeric oral spray, it is 95% curcumin extract.

    I have been consuming 8 out 10 of those mentioned. Only Berries and chocolates are the exceptions.

      Thank you for asking. Only in a couple of specific conditions (e.g gout) they are recommended not to eat, that doesn’t make them inflammatory. They have some really good compounds to help your body.

      How much fatty liver and fibrosis. Hibiscus may not be enough in its own for treating fatty liver

      Actually that is a very poor myth about tomatoes. Tomatoes are only not recommended in case of certain diseases. In general they are very nutritious.
