This wonderful sound is making my life more full by adding beautiful music to my retirement. Especially Robin and Maurice ,Barry is to full of of himself but rightfully so.
Robin and Barry got the attention on the leads but the famous harmonies to me are empty without Maurice. He gets lost in the mix but a lot of the falsetto is actually him. Amazing!!

Robin does have a low voice in "The morning of my life" - lovely balance. Maurice shines in "Let there be Love" his voice comes across to great advantage in this medley.

When Robin sang the baseline, it somehow became the lead. There was a ‘boom’ aspect to Robin’s voice, no matter which register he used. Maybe it was the vibrato, but even when he sang softly, it still cut through. In later years, Barry would overdub layers of his own voice, but we could still find Robin in the mix.
@@odileb9559 Let me be honest here, Robin’s voice is too harsh to listen to for long periods of time. And Maurice’s is average. Barry has the killer voice.
