Wow, this was such a fun video. First, I like how your mom is becoming more comfortable on camera. Her first reactions were a little more reserved and these last two she's actually being more goofy and fun.
Secondly, the dynamic between you two is amazing. From the vlogs you've done with her, to the banter, you knowing exactly what to say to make her hit you... it's fun to see, but again, it harkens back to you bringing that energy out in people. Your vibe affects others in such a positive and fun way that it's infectious.

I'm an older folk that still listens to contemporary music. For instance, I love Halestorm. Actually, any female fronted bands are my most liked kind of music. Off the wall tip--check out Orianthi she does lead vocals AND plays lead guitar. And she can SHRED a guitar! :-)

Hahaha Looove it! Korn is such a great band, and Jonathan Davis definitely has a very unique singing voice. The style does change a bit here and there, especially when JD got clean and got his life reorganized, but his voice is a constant. :)

as a huge korn fan, people are always dogging on this song and it's popularity. i propse looking at it differently. it brings a lot of people to the band's work and it's so famous for a reason. The song is infectious, unmistakeable, and you can't *not* headbang to it. it's a fantastic Korn song

This explains my son's teenage years. It expresses the angst of that generation. Mine was the 60's cultural revolution and Vietnam war. These young people were very disillusioned by the preoccupation and apathy of the world around them. And who does not feel like a Freak on a Leash at one time or another. I have all of them on mp3 now as opposed to CD's) so I can still listen to them, alongside with my newer contemporary rock (such as Halestorm) My preference in music these days is for female fronted bands, so as an off the cuff recommendation, give Orianthi a listen to.
