YOU DO NOT STOP IT RIGHT WHEN THEY STARTED SCREAMING
He did that the second I saw this comment lmao
@@lex_C_88 he did it to me too. Fucking hurt...
I yelled at him through the screen😑 Stop pausin shit dude!😑😏
SIR CALM DOWN IM HERE ANNOYED TOO
Fr
the intro scream still gives me chills, just as it did years and years ago.
hey
I have to say that “The Poison” is probably one of the best metal albums of 2000-2010. It’s just a banger with so many great songs
I love every song on that album! 🤘❤️
one of the best. for me, brave new world from Iron maiden tops that decade by far.
It's literally the only album I own. The Poison Deluxe edition.
@@patchestheshark I lost my virginity to this album 😂
Hell yeah
Oh god nostalgia song for me
right? First time I ever heard BFMV was at a Taste of Chaos festival. Now anytime I hear one of their songs I'm swept back in time to one of the... danciest? Pits I've ever been in. Zero hostility, zero anger, love through connection.
Splatninja yeah. They are better then lost prophets. Good thing that the singers is in jail
Same here!
Same!
YEET same
The 2000's scream and post-hardcore was an amazing period, people really enjoyed a lot this kind of music and the vibes I get from this songs everytime are totally outstanding. This song totally remind me of my first girlfriend and all the beautiful moments we had together.
Danny_Misleading nu metal was badass also
Too bad Matt nearly fucked his voice for good
This period was dog shit bro. Screamo-faux-metal and nu-metal is horrible.
@@JPeeper Terrible mindset to have my dude!
I am a kid could anybody help me i am new in metal music which category of metal this is
Sad news in the metal world today pantera and Hellyeah drummer vinnie paul died
R.i.p Dime and Vinnie
Yes very sad
Its still shocking now
Death Nunslaughter It was yesterday but still very sad
Austin Willis yeah and pantera was the band that got me into metal I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for them pantera helped get me through hard times
Yeah, the Abbott brothers are gone. Very sad day for the metal community. RIP Big Vin.
Turning hip hop people into metalheads 1 person at a time. Lol.
It’s fun to do😅
YES🗣
I love how you’re basically following every metal heads journey through the years. You’ll be listening to metal core and post hardcore before you know it. Keep up the good work
This song is the reason I got into metal!
same
fishum42 for me it was Manson and Ozzy
Memories
for me it was your betrayal and hand of blood ! :)
This song helped me along the path to getting further into metal, when I was in middle school!
Bfmv waking the demon
yes
YESSSSS
Yes!!!
Yes
YES.
The guitar portion in the middle is better if you don't watch the video. It's edited out.
Ye
It is only longer. He didn't really miss anything
No its the censored version thats cut he didnt edit anything out
Ya true
@@lukey432100 yes, it was edited, it was quite shorter
every time the intro comes, my head shout into "LETS GO!!!!"
Yesterday died one of the best metal drummers
R.I.P. Vinnie Paul god bless you
Pantera - Cemetery Gates
#RIPVinniePaul 😭
Kemal T the Reverend turned to me without a tear in his eyes nothing new for him to see I didn't ask him why I will remember the love are souls had sworn to make now I watch the falling rain all my mind can see now is your face
+Death Nunslaughter such a sad day in the metal world.
One of the earlier pioneers gone....
Yes!!🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻RIP Dime and Vinnie💔
crazy this is 14 years old... I remember when it came out. My god I'm old hahah
Same 🥺
this song is old enough to be drafted now
When he started playing the song, I was just all like "Prepare for the scream."
A little piece of heaven!!! With the official video
Philip Duguay one of my favorite songs ever
Me too bro
That’s a song and video that could have reactions forever cause anyone who sees it is like WTF did I just watch
Watching it with his girlfriend would be even funnier.
Grant Reed Holy shit can you imagine her face!
you can no longer call yourself a hip hop head now. lok
lol
Right lmao
I'd still call him a hip hop head. Getting to know a lot of rock genres is always good. Prejudice gets ahold of people a lot. Just hear evil shit when listening to rock but in real life they're a amazing people or dont even look at lyrics. Respect man.
This music is years better than hip hop
Hahahah i love his transition, now he sounds like a pro metal critic
With this song and your reaction I'm living out my early 2000-era, when I was a teenager
Fantastic song, this is the truncated version though. The full version has some minor but I think very key differences (i.e. . longer guitar solo, better ending, etc).
Scream aim fire, Poison
Waking the Demon
4 words to choke upon
absolutely bro , one of the best song^^
Hand of blood
You should react to Hellyeah next... Since Vinnie Paul (also Pantera's ex drummer and Dimebag's brother) recently passed away 💔 RIP
Abril D Damageplan would be fitting.
HELLYEAH - Moth
Hellyeah - Band of Brothers
Or damgeplan save me
that "LET'S GOOOO!!" at the beginning still gets me hype
Tonight I just happened across your reaction videos after work have been watching them since I clocked out. They take me back for sure to when I first herd these songs and still give me chills for the most part. I appreciate your open mindedness and willingness to give ANY type of music, especially metal of sorts, a try. Keep it up sir
Hey Alex hope you see this.
Vinnie Paul, the drummer for Pantera passed away last night. If you could please react to Cemetery Gates by Pantera to honor his and his late brother Dimebag's memory.
Thanks ❤
yes do this pleeeeease
Oh yess please do. Btw keep up the good job :)
Vincent Paul Abbot, the drummer for Pantera passed away yesterday. This tragedy followed his brother, Dimebag Darrell Abbott, being murdered in 2004.
Alex, I was wondering if you could please perform a memorial reaction video for Pantera. The song “cemetery gates” from their album ‘cowboys from hell’ would be appropriate. Peace.
Michael Lee that would be perfect RIP
Still rip Vince
This was My favorite song for a long time good to see you react to it
Your reactions are amazing hahaha. Love it
AS I LAY DYING - "MY OWN GRAVE" DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cole Jordan I really hope he diggs them
AILD so great. "Parallels" would be good too.
Cole Jordan also a greater foundation and confined
Many people don't like bfmv, saying that they aren't metal. But their songs are filled with emotions.'A place where you belong' might be the their most emotional song.I literally cried when I heard it for the first time.Maybe you could react to that!
I am 40, listening to metal for 30 years. I am saying they are fucking metal😀
They're still worth listening to till this day. Hell, Matt Tuck was my first celebrity crush.
@@elivile.HES MINE RN AND KM A DUDE no homo fr
When you watch them live, they sound exactly like they do on the album! Saw them live at the Wiltern in LA! Great band, and great song!
This is my first metal song I listened was recommended by a friend before six years, since than I'm huge fan of this genra and this band especially
RIP Vinnie!!!!!!
My all time fav band and song! Too bad this music video version of the song is a short version 😅 you should listen to the full song on your own!
Antti Rautio yeah the album version has longer beginning riffs and also a longer solo.
also ending
Antti Rautio yeah I've only heard this on Spotify which sounds better than this video especially with stereo headphones
Alex, you're great!!!
I really love your channel.
One of my favorite band I saw them this weekend ! Still doing great. Nice réaction as Always great energy ! Cheers from France !
Pantera - Floods next in honour of Vinnie and Dime. We miss you Vinnie, RIP
JB Elliot agreed listened to Cementary Gates, Cowboys from Hell, and Walk this morning. Powerful music, and sad death.
Greatest solo of Dimes legacy. So much emotion.
We'll all miss vinnie and dime
Bullet for my valentine - Hand of Blood :)
I, Dissonance YESSSS
The lyrics of that song are sooooo cheesy hahaha
Good ol' NFS MW days
YEESSSSSS!!!!
I agree, the poppier elements of metalcore really throwback to pop-punk/emo and one of the reasons I love alot of the post hardcore/metalcore stuff so much haha
Dude you’re totally spot on with the vibes your getting. Growing up when this came out, was totally obsessed with BFMV, and at the same time it was also all about fall out boy, blink 182 etc.
Also, you should check out the Dillinger escape plan and every time I die, no specific song, these bands don’t make bad music.
As I Lay Dying!!!
My own grave !
As I Lay Dying - My Own Grave
The copyright is so strict on that song smh
Through struggle !!
Such an amazing song!
All That Remains - This Calling (Sarah might like it)
Really dope reaction 👌 enjoyed watchin
ayo, im listening to this 3 years later, i have so much respect for you, you dont even know.. u a GOAT!!!!!
You've listened to avenged sevenfold. But you have to hear little piece of heaven. It's a complex song you'd love. I put it up there with bohemian rhapsody.
Joshua Lechner yeah, its like bohemian rhapsody is the official rock opera, a little piece of heaven is the metal opera and Jesus of suburbia is the punk opera
PLEASEYES
No
true
I'd save Save Me is better in a certain way and if not, Exist. He would LOVE Exist.
A Little Piece of Heaven - A7X
honestly, it's just great i'm getting to know all these bands, subscribed sir.
Again man, I'm on a roll with your videos tonight, all my good shit here. You're always the best, I appreciate your sincerity, keep it up man.
Finally!!! Also RIP to Vinnie Paul. Do a Vinnie Paul tribute, aka Pantera, damageplan and hellyeah
Josh Rudy fuck is your problem
Read the rest of the comments fuck face...a bunch of people are saying it. the video deals with metal music, I was giving him a suggestion for a video. You're a fucking idiot. Read the comments.
Thanks for the back up bro
Cessare agreed my dude
As I lay Dying
My own grave
ive watched a few bullet vidoes you have been reacting to, im glad you are shining some light on this band,,they re underrated and pretty awesome. Also their earlier stuff like this song are some of their best!!!
Damn man my Early high school years just flashed before me.
Same this was my jam
Same lol
Bruh, the nostalgia is strong with this one :(.
Cannibal Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face
you should listen to "your betrayal" by this band
As I lay Dying, please! "Through Struggle" is a good one. :)
Just found your channel a few days ago. Loving it!
I remember seeing them play in Alpharetta years ago. Was so amazing, left the show a little def lol. I remember hearing on the news the following day that there were several noise complaints during there set hahah
Asking Alexandria "The final episode". Extremely intense.
I Was waiting for this yeaah
Bullet For My Valentine has been one of those life changing or life altering bands that I’ve been listening to for a while.
First discovered them when I was in high school and ever since I’ve been a big fan of this band.
Dude you have such a great taste in music I love watching your videos
Maaan I remember first seeing that filmclip. Biggest plot twist of my childhood.
You should do Vermillion Part 1 and Part 2 by Slipknot! It shows two different sides of Slipknot.
I freaking love watching your videos you're dope as hell!
great content man!
Great song to start with by them! Next song you should do is your betrayal, waking the demon, 4 words to choke on, bittersweet memories. Bullet for my valentine is a great band. Plus any band that gets Margot Robbie heart racing well hey they are great with me.
Bittersweet memories indeed!!!
What the hell? Hand of blood next! Also waking the Demon :)
What about curses? Should he?
Waking the demon is the heaviest:)
Room 409
FIRE FROM THE GODS!!! Come on Alex.
did not know them, now i do.. thank you!
My pleasure. Dallas based band that crushes. They will be an instant play list for Alex. Check out Backwordz too. Original vocalist. The song Be Great is awesome.
Rick Bridges good stuff
He’d love Excuse Me
Every video he posts I ask for Fire from the Gods. Once he covers that I'll lead him down the rabbit hole of metal/rap fusion like Hed PE and V Mob.
That music video always left me feeling emotionally spent. The first time you see it, man that ending hits like a sledgehammer.
One of the best video clip ever!
I listened to them a lot 5-6 years ago, but haven't really listened to them much since, until like 3 days ago when I saw them live. An absolutely awesome concert and they had such great energy (Especially considering it was a little time after midnight they played). They have more or less been on repeat since. Such an awesome band
Bullet for my valentine- Alone
Jason redd Yes!!!!!
Jason redd I love that song!
Their only good song after the first two records
I love this song so much and the mv goes so well with it 🙂🖤
It's a great song, one of my favorites of this band, I recommend you to listen to the full version, better screams, longer solo and a hard ending
HELLYEAH - Moth
Rest in Power Vinnie Paul
Loving the video again Alex. Shame they edit it for the music video but understandable. The album version feels less rushed. But still, great song. Personally get to see them live for the first time in July in Sweden so that's awesome you've chosen to listen to them too.
Have you any idea or recollection of which songs have stood out for you from this journey? Be interesting to see which ones you enjoy most. Anyway keep up the good work mate!
That's my favorite band of all time and they just released their newest album Gravity. Can't wait to see them live again in September!
Bullet was the first metal band I got into about a decade ago, im 26 now but this song was LIFE when I first heard it.
Blind Guardian - Valhalla (live)
Wikipedia Says: Blind Guardian is a German power metal band formed in 1984 in Krefeld, West Germany.[1] They are often credited as one of the seminal and most influential bands in the power metal and speed metal subgenres.
naaa - bards song live wacken ;)
The Bard Song is nice too, but Valhalla got more Power. I love the bard song, but if you ever at a BG show an feel the power from all of the people aroung you singing "Valhalla - Deliverance. Why've you ever forgotten me!" than you know what i mean. Valhalla is one of the best live song on this world!
there is a live version of both songs from wacken 2018 :)
That would be awesome, and then Nightfall lmao
Hell Blazer the whole nightfall album really
Hell yeah!! Bullet for my valentine is one of my fav bands. Some good good stuff.
I grew up blasting this music on the daily, listen to scream, aim, fire, the last fight, room 409, hearts burst into fire(your girl will love it) the poison, full album, omg i love them so much
Yo alex, I love your reaction ;)
You should listen to bullet for my valentine hearts burtst into fire
If you liked tears don't fall you should like heart burst into fire I think you'll like the song I like the drums and the guitar beats in it
All that Remains - "Some of the people, all of the time" or " This Calling" pretty please ^^
This song still gives me goosebumps after hearing it for the 1000th time. Great reaction dude.
I love Bullet for my Valentine
Poor Sweden. Stop taking in trash people to your country. Love.
Devorantem dolls we should date lol. We kinda have the same type of music we like
I was so disappointed when I saw them live here in Sweden, not because they aren't absolutely incredible live but because it felt like they ended way too early and they had so many more of their awesome songs they didn't even play.
And this was when they had only released their first 2 full-length albums so it wasn't like they had as many songs released in total.
I'll be honest I definitely think it was because it was in the middle of the week and was so many actual kids there that was disrespectful assholes and thought it was fun to do a mosh pit and I'll be honest if someone didn't get an injury that they'd have do deal with for the rest of their life because of it I'll be genuinely surprised.
I'm not going to enjoy one of my all time favourite bands and wanting to get another serious injury so in a way I do respect their choice of finishing early if it was because of that but still I wanted to actually enjoy more songs.
So I'm honestly jealous that you've had the opportunity to enjoy them several times.
FINALLY!!! 😍🤘
Bury Tomorrow - Black Flame
Isaac Duplantis Man On Fire, Lionheart or Sceptres as well?
Mike Horvath every song is amazing
Isaac Duplantis Knife of Gold
Is just...wow
You sir, deserve kudos. I had never heard of these guys before and am SO HAPPY that you posted this suggestion!! 🤘🏽😎
Lionheart please! I love Bury Tomorrow, such an underrated band.
Just subscribed dude these guys are one of my favorite bands!
Hearts Burst Into Fire - Bullet For My Valentine
Bullet is a great band at their genre (Metalcore), good choice! And please do some Pantera, cause drummer Vinnie Paul passed away yesterday, he and his brother Dimebag Darrel (and band Pantera in general) are legends in Metal world, R.I.P.
I have to disagree, a whole lot of pop singing in this type of metalcore, I prefer the stuff with more growling and a heavier sound.
@@thatrespectablehuman1884 This is not "Pop singing". This is just regular singing, like it's used in Heavy Rock, Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, and every other genre which does not use screams, or like i like to call them, Death Metal singing.
Gotta do some Pantera/Hellyeah or Damageplan to mark Vinnies death
A Hutton yes he does
I can definitely relate to this song. Everything I do falls to pieces. I also happen to like Bullet for my Valentine
Seeing you react made me remember how much of a insanely good song this is even though I’ve heard it 100 times
Alex listen to Trivium In waves :3
Angel Muñoz more like kirisute gomen
The Cat Guru of course but doesn’t have an official video
Check out Avenged Sevenfold - Buried Alive & Critical Acclaim those are right up there with Metallica, great metal songs bro, they are musts in your journey. Eye openers bro...
BFMV is so great! I love it. Old stuffs the best
"This is the song I would jam with when I feel in a specific way."
Finally, a non-metal-head who can understand the genre
Finally!! 💜🤘🏽”All these things I hate” should be the next song you listen to by them (:
Pls react to Shadow Moses - Bring Me The Horizon
A1Zentrale x2 or sleepwalking
Or diamonds aren't forever
He won’t mane, I donated to a live stream telling him that and motionless and I thought he would but he just keeps doing these old metal bands lol feelsbadman, still a chill channel just don’t expect it
Yes!
They have been my favorite band for literally 10 years, and this is I think the second song I heard by them. Their music really intense and emotional, and their older stuff especially was really angry. New album, Gravity, is amazing!!
this song is the description of my past life, and what ive had to feel, as someone who is also called alex but used to be lonely for awhile, I relate too much
