- Normal Value of Thyroid Function Test | Normal TSH Value | Normal Range of Thyroid Function Test. Thyroid function tests are used to check for a number of thyroid problems. Thyroid function tests measure the amount of different hormones including TSH, T4, and T3. Other tests on the thyroid include various antibodies related to thyroid tissue.
