Hey guys, when you're in England I would recommend getting a sim contract with Vodafone. I live here in a van and I use my phone to hotspot for internet whenever, wherever seamlessly. You can also get worldwide roaming so you can use the contract like normal (with data and everything) all over Europe and a lot of countries in other continents also. Would highly recommend for nomadic people. You'd have to sign up for a year at about £30 a month but well worth is if you're gonna be in these parts for a year cos that's your calls and everything sorted 😃

Just got done traveling Europe for a few months with my partner. He and I are having some major flashbacks and bittersweet feels seeing you guys travel super similarly to what we did. ENJOY!! Very jealous. ☺️
I thought I recognized that! At 11:31, we stayed at those B14 apartments last July on our trip to Iceland. Very convenient location though parking was always a challenge. We toured waterfalls, the airplane wreck on the beach, a blank sand beach, and more. Had trouble figuring out how to use the diesel fuel pump. I had to use the one with a picture of a semi truck which didn’t make any sense to fill a rental car. Ask the cashier for specific instructions is my advice. Enjoy!
We'll do our best to share more in the coming weeks! To be honest, a camper rental is a GREAT way to reduce your costs because you have accomodation covered, can cook all your own meals + have transport so you won't need to book on tours etc!
Hey as an Icelandic person budgeting isnt as hard as it seems ❤️ Flights : layovers are often cheaper and try look into winter/autumn flights or even January as it could be cheaper hotel: lol you’re in luck there are loads of b&bs and maybe even housesittung food and such: kronan and bonus
M V my friend went. She said the best way is Airbnb and cheap Chinese food. The first meal they had was a small nachos and a coke and it cost them $50 so after that they budgeted hard 😍

AHHHHHHH. I love Iceland so, so much!!! Went there for the first time last October and fell in love. It's probably my favorite place on the planet. Try and go to the black sand beaches in Vik if you can, they're stunning! Diamond Beach is beautiful, it's crazy to see the icebergs wash up onto shore! Have so much fun!!!!!!

I will be traveling and going to school for the next six months in a van similar size to the one you are living in which I actually just purchased today! so stoked to travel the way you two do so gracefully!!

Top Tip: When you guys get over to the UK check out the Drone Assist from NATS app (National Air Traffic Service) for looking up no fly zones, cautionary areas and logging flight plans with air traffic. And come check out Sheffield, the birthplace of modern football (soccer) dating back to Sheffield FC in 1857. Go see Kelham Island too and grab the best vegan food from Make No Bones inside Church Temple Of Fun. And don’t forget to grab a pint in one of the hundreds of micro breweries.
When you come to Germany, maybe consider visiting Heidelberg, it's a city in the south of Germany that almost didn't get destroyed during the war. So it's very authentic, "old" architecture! Very pretty!

We went to iceland in march and also explored the beautiful nature over there with a cozy Camper! Totally loved it - until my husband caused a small bump. They asked for 2500€ to cover the damage which would usually cost not more than 400€..... such a shock! So we recommend the company but invest in a really good insurance - otherwise it can get so expensive!!!
From Norway Iceland is only a hop skip and multi day sail away. We bought a new boat for us in Tromsø. 200 miles above the Arctic circle. Land of the of perpetual summer daylight. Took a week to get used to it. We are back in our van now but will be back in Norway the end of July for two months of fiordploring.

So cool you guys are in a little camper for a while! Your videos over the past year or so have inspired me to try out vanlife... and I finally have an opportunity and have taken the plunge! I will be traveling and going to school for the next six months in a van similar size to the one you are living in which I actually just purchased today! so stoked to travel the way you two do so gracefully!!

Top Tip: When you guys get over to the UK check out the Drone Assist from NATS app (National Air Traffic Service) for looking up no fly zones, cautionary areas and logging flight plans with air traffic. And come check out Sheffield, the birthplace of modern football (soccer) dating back to Sheffield FC in 1857. Go see Kelham Island too and grab the best vegan food from Make No Bones inside Church Temple Of Fun. And don’t forget to grab a pint in one of the hundreds of micro breweries.

When you come to Germany, maybe consider visiting Heidelberg, it's a city in the south of Germany that almost didn't get destroyed during the war. So it's very authentic, "old" architecture! Very pretty!

We went to iceland in march and also explored the beautiful nature over there with a cozy Camper! Totally loved it - until my husband caused a small bump. They asked for 2500€ to cover the damage which would usually cost not more than 400€..... such a shock! So we recommend the company but invest in a really good insurance - otherwise it can get so expensive!!!

From Norway Iceland is only a hop skip and multi day sail away. We bought a new boat for us in Tromsø. 200 miles above the Arctic circle. Land of the of perpetual summer daylight. Took a week to get used to it. We are back in our van now but will be back in Norway the end of July for two months of fiordploring.
