I have a kitchenAid mixer and planning to purchase the ice cream maker attachment. Love the simplicity and different varieties of making home made ice cream. Can I substitute the sugar with Allulose sweetener.

No..No...No. They tell you Not to put the freezer bowl with the ice cream in it back in the freezer very clearly. I am sure there is a reason behind it. Regardless, your ice cream seems to have a beautiful thicket constancy compare to that of on many other videos I've watched. What is it that you do differently from all the other?
I've always put my ice cream maker back in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to let it freeze before I rechurn it. That's why it's so thick. I can't imagine why this one would be any different, because the bowl would just refreeze and it would stop the ice cream from melting.
When I make my ice cream base I mix it in my blender to get a lot of air in it, Then I chill it until the next day, then one last whip in the blender before my base goes into my chilled bowl. It seems like mine almost freezes instantly. My chest freezer where I store my bowl is set at -10 below zero. That might explain why mine thickens up almost instantly.
You should not leave the bowl stored in the freezer. Having it under constant extreme temperatures could cause it to leak the blue gel that’s in the walls of the bowl. Do not pour hot water on it when it is cold or frozen.

Did you put the freezer bowl in the freezer prior to mixing? It has to be placed in the freezer so it's cold. I put mine in for 24 hours before I make ice cream. Or, was the mixture really warm when you put it in the bowl?

I read you’re supposed to have the mixer running when you start pouring the mixture in

Yes you are right and I have watched so many people do otherwise.
They say do NOT put the turning motor part into the dishwasher. Only the paddle is dishwasher safe.

Nor are you supposed to use metal utensils in the freezer bowl

I’m confused....your link is for the ultra power but you’re using the artisan model? Also, is the color actually aqua sky or ice blue? It’s beautiful.
There's no way I'm putting the top connection part into the dishwasher. It's made of raw steel, and sure to rust
