    Stumbled upon your workouts as I am trying to get back in the routine after some injuries. I am enjoying the beginner workouts and the pace of them.

    Thanks Nicola! Great workout, a lot of these moves are different from what I usually do so I’ll definitely save this one to switch up my routine! :)

      I agree, new moves for me too. I don't have the same kind of dumbells from the video, I have with the bar you can add plates but still working.

    Great workout, new moves for my outdoor weights sessions. I must say you have a lovely garden and the weather looks amazing, certainly not like that just now in the north of England 😀😀

      Hopefully we'll get the odd hour of sunshine over autumn and winter. I love watching the clouds float by when I'm doing my bench and barbell exercises outside 😀😀

    How many times per week do you recommend to train arms like in the video? I understand that some movements are 2 exercises in one meaning difficulty level is higher but the results i suppose become visible faster.

      Hi Loredana I tend to train my arms once per week and I think this is a good rule of thumb for all body parts. So if you train upper body say twice a week and lower body twice a week - for upper body you could do arms and chest for example one day then back and shoulders another day as an example and that will make sure you hit each muscle at least once per week. Hope this helps!

    Can u do a what u eat in a day? Or maybe a meal plan to help lose fat! Ur body is my EXACT goal lol and I love ur arms! Very slim and muscular

      Thank you so much Sindy! Very kind of you to say - sure I’ll create one soon. As a quick guide though, a typical day for me would be;
      Breakfast: salmon and eggs or avocado, eggs on toast
      Lunch; tuna, cous cous or a chicken wrap
      Dinner; steak salad or meat rice and veg
      In between I will smack usually on apples, bananas, almond nuts, Greek yoghurt, protein bars.
      I sometimes have protein shakes too but ultimately I make sure I get at least 100g of protein - I should probably get a bit more but that’s all some days I can manage! Protein is key for muscle growth.
      To lose fat I try not to get overly obsessive - Friday and Saturday nights I still enjoy a glass or two of wine and a meal out!! It’s about everything in moderation - sun-thur I eat pretty clean and do weekends with the exception of perhaps an evening meal.
      I hope this helps!! I’ve written a bit of an essay lol x x
