It is so important to do weights, I’ve actually done a video on the channel about it called ‘should women lift weights’ !! It’s about all rounded fitness and weights is essential. Hey Janice! Try it with lighter weights and hopefully that will make it easier to complete until you build up strength then slowly increase your weights ☺️

Can I ask you a quick question love. I’ve had 10 knee surgeries, 4 shoulder surgeries, 1 ankle surgery, 2 back repair surgery’s since found out I’ve a compression fracture at t12. I’ve also had 2 elbow surgeries and 2 new hips. How safe is this for me too do??? Thanks for your time love. ❤️🇬🇧
Hi!! I loved the video! I warmed up prior to this but am feeling very tight and sore in my left upper thigh. I did also do a cool down afterwards. Do you have any suggestions on how to ease the soreness?
Tell me, and right after a workout you can cottage cheese of low fat content, if there is a goal to gain muscle mass? Or is it better to exclude fats after training?
Hi Katty! It is ok to have some fat context after training but your post workout meal wants to be high in protein and contrary to a lot of opinions include carbs. Carbs = fuel that needs replacing after working out and the protein is the main muscle guiding ingredient. So try and limit the fats post workout, but a little is fine! X

Protein can help massively to reduce soreness, and as you mention warm and cool down too. Also try an ice pack if it’s real bad that can help a lot!
