Thnak you Matua Shane for your plain and common sense speaking and calling out of the mainstream media perpetuated and supported racial grift that is ongoing in NZ.
In general Brownlee needs to step up as speaker. The heckling and trying to speak over coalition mps needs to be minimised. Its like children in the playground. And of course te Kapa Haka pati when they turn up add no value and are disruptive. As they behave no one could in their wildest dreams/nightmares see them as part of any government.
Yup, The Maori party need to wear the appropriate clothing fitting for the position they hold, and need to abide to the high standards in the parliament, no more grandstanding and disruption.
The problem is that Te Pati Kapa Haka has nothing else to offer. Just theatrics singing and dancing with te teo. The new wahine cant make a statement without referring to her script. She is however quite a bit more presentable than the cowboy hatted and the rest of thr poorly dressed rabble in TPKH.
When is cindy being manacled and hauled in front of the public? It is her duplicitous sophistry which lies at the feet of failure nz finds itself battling. The current fiscal situation has been squarely egressed by her ilk.
acc a sponsoring all sorts of odd things , they act as a corporate entity , some git at acc in a high position will sell us out , they also invest heavily in the property market and helped close down marsden point
Thomas Piketty’s writes about India and the need for more government income. He is s economist of note. He states wealth has transferred to top group from the middle income group. He discusses pros and cons about types taxes.
Growth or the lack of economic growth, why? Government debt is growing each day, why? Is there a housing shortage? If yes why is housing corporations putting on hold 1019 dwellings? ( National lead governments over period 1994 to 2017 reduced housing stock by 2000 where as labour added 17,000 over period). Auckland city's unity plan provided record number dwellings being constructed and rent were stable according Akld Uni study during labour period of government 2017-2023.
sorry for the long winded ramble but I feel strongly about the land Shane you obviously haven't fished the west coast between Taranaki and the Hokianga. its far from a barren sea bed , even after the large fishing companies , have tried their hardest to scrape up every last once of fish flesh. and what they have missed the foriegn quota boats hover up and take the over quota fines as just another business expense , due to the catch being worth perhaps 6 x the value of the fine... back to iron sand mining on the sea bed , as a kid I lived in Taharoa with my parents for perhaps 12 years total , so witnessed first hand the great big cloud go silt emanating from the ships that were loading a slurry of already refined iron sand and water ,, ii shudder to think what it will be like as they process it on site 30km off shore, ilove the fact that we as a country are stepping up and finally realising that our resources have the ability to greatly enhance our economy , but we must do it wisely and for our benefit not the benefit of other countries over our own ,,,, I don't know you Shane or Winston I only know what I see, don't turn out to be another blow hard con man please, my parents chose this country to make a better life for their children and grand children, I love this land as much as any Maori, I consider myself and my children to be every bit Tangatawhenua as any Maori , I am a tru person of this land
How bloody lucky are us National supporters that Matua and Winny are part of the coalition. Seymour is fantastic to.
Merry Christmas Shane, your common sense has been very valuable in parliament this year, keep up the good work.
Why did they need to use urgency so often to progress laws?
Thnak you Matua Shane for your plain and common sense speaking and calling out of the mainstream media perpetuated and supported racial grift that is ongoing in NZ.
Next year you better sort out our Parliament. Enforce the rules and the high standards. What has been happening this year, is unacceptable.
The speaker needs to make sure ministers answer questions properly in house.
