    About this challenge:
    It's been a year since I posted my 28 Day Wall Pilates Challenge and I'm excited to bring you a new Wall Pilates Challenge! This challenge is shorter in duration and in length of videos, making it beginner friendly while also offering more modifications to intensify the exercises. I selected exercises from strength training and mat pilates to help you get stronger, especially in the abs. Every day includes ab work, as this seems to be the most common area that women are targeting, especially those who have had children like myself! In this challenge I will teach you how to use the wall to make regular Pilates exercises more achievable for beginners, using a small range of motion, and how you can build up strength for more advanced movements. After you complete this challenge, you can move on to my 28 day Wall Pilates challenge or the other challenges I have listed on the calendar. Good luck and I hope you love it!

    I love that your son joined in the stretching!! You can see how proud he is of his mama and wanted to be a part of the amazing work she is doing to help so many of us!

    I went to physicaltherapy (4th time) for my back which i had surgery on and now they are saying my hips are locked i praying you workout will help me to be able move and do things again thank you

    This workout was 🔥! My arms are going to be so sore tomorrow! The triangle pushups were such a challenge! Love that your son helped with the cooldown 😅. Couldn't have done it without him! So darn cute!

    Day 12, my arms are dead😂. That stretch summed up motherhood because that's exactly how many of my sessions go. My girls are always coming in and sometimes they join in and sometimes I need to pause to sort something out. I love how real that was ❤

    You are really great! But I just think that you force stomach and arms a lot more, and legs and glutes much, much less. I would like a lot more for the legs or if it was at least proportional. Because you are the only person whose programs I like to work on.❤
