The scene at 7:17 is not a boss entrance, but rather a consequence of you killing the boss associated with the previous scene, General (also called "Starscourge") Radahn, who was holding the stars in place via gravity magic.
Holding the stars in place while _also_ using it to not crush his horse, _and_ to cast combat spells, all at the same time. While being nearly mindless. Radahn in his prime must have been _absurdly_ powerful.
Yup. Crippled, dying of plague, driven mad by the pain of it, and Radahn is still *also* holding back the stars with his Gravity magic, which he learned so as not to crush his horse Leonard, who has been with him since childhood, and remains with him until his dying day. ...Oh, yeah, and you fight him with a summoned crew of The Most Badass Warriors who walk The Lands Between, and he's STILL an absurdly difficult fight. Melania is reckoned to be the hardest Boss in the game, and she had to throw everything she had into nuking HERSELF at point blank range just to scrape out a "draw" with him.
29:50 this guy is called Radagon. It's not fully explained how it works, but Radagon is two beings in one, a man named Radagon and a woman named Marika. That's why at first you see a woman suspended in the air and next thing you know, the boss looks like a man. If you get the chance, you really should play Elden Ring. I think there is a lot to see and experience that you would enjoy, just based off of how much you enjoyed these cutscenes.
Marika (and at least a few of her offspring) can transform and project themselves to different places. Marika grew skeptical of the Greater Will and encouraged her followers to study the nature of the universe and gods, rather than following its vassals blindly. This of course was the first signs of her future open revolt. To further her knowledge She needed to understand where the outer gods like Elden Beast originally descended. She attempted to conquer Liurnia in order to obtain its vast knowledge for herself, but she didn't want the Golden Order to suspect her, so she used her powers to invent an entirely new persona. "Radagon" would go on to marry his way into the academy and found Fundamentalism from what he learned there (plus lots of other stuff). Marika spent so much time as Radagon he actually began to obtain his own free will and autonomy, including loyalty to the Golden Order that Marika was plotting against. When she shatters the Elden Ring (which destroyed herself in the process), she weakened to the point Radagon fully awakened and assumed control, though it was already to late to repair the ring as it's fragments were scattered.
Marika/Radagon is a rebis a perfect immortal being demostrating male and female characteristics. Its a reference to old alchemy as is most of the games obsession with gold and immortality

Her feet are actually not armor, but prosthetics. Melania's body is absolutely infested with Scarlet Rot and has been since her birth. Because of this, she lost multiple limbs throughout her life and even went blind as the rot infested her eyes. But even with her disabilities she still became one of the most powerful being in all of Elden Ring (and Elden Ring's hardest boss)
Also 24:40 he doesn't Merge with the Lion, he kills him and rips him off The lion's name is Serosh and his purpose is a violence inhibitor for Godfrey (because they couldn't have the elden lord being a blood thirsty tyrant who waltz around slaughtering everyone) so upon seeing he's losing against you he decides to stop holding back, kills Serosh so he can fight you without restraint, sadly for most builds because he does this upon losing about 50-60% of his health, the final phase is often short lived

Also, because you asked, it's called the Erdtree (the glowy golden one) and the other part where you were asking about the "roots of the great tree" was not the Erdtree, but a 2nd great tree called the Haligtree that Miquella grew himself.
Godfrey didn't fuse with Sarosh(the lion) at least during the 2nd phase. He actually did the opposite; he had previously Grafted Sarosh onto himself as a way to pacify himself but in his 2nd phase he tore off and killed him so he could use his full strength and unrestrained fury to fight.
The glowy ghost version of the third boss isn't actually her; it's her daughter Ranni sending a fragment of herself to fight you and just assuming her mother's shape. That's her daughter's voice you're hearing rather than hers. The boss herself is quite weak and is easily defeated in the first phase of the fight, but her daughter is phenomenally powerful and just this fragment of her can easily kill you. Later you meet her daughter in person and she opens up the route to one of the game's several endings if you join her faction and become her consort (you can't actually fight her though. She's far too powerful. She's one of only a handful of npcs in the game that you can't kill). Radagon's entrance is still the coolest final boss entrance in any Fromsoft Game. Even cooler than Isshin.
In the Radahn cutscene (big dude with horse) he wasnt eating the horse...
do a malenia voice vibe sounds every bit as good just gotta find the right words and spin them till you find the right vibe.
22:29 " I know nothing about the lore "
Me who finished the game : I know nothing about the lore
In Dark Souls there's a fictional mineral called titanite. In the real world titanite is another name for sphene. Maybe it's an intentional reference.
She reacted to all the bosses "TOGETTHHA!"
Bit crush, never heard that term before thank you
The "boss" after General Radahn isnt a boss its just the end cutscene for radahn after u kill him
WAIT I just looked it up and sphene is TITANITE?!?! The game literally comes full circle!!!! It's *insane* the detail in these games XD
It’s unfortunate you watched these cutscenes like this, they cut out very important parts of the these encounters that give you some additional context about these bosses and what happens to them after you beat their first phases in to the second phases.
29:40 this guy is actually a girl and a boy at the same time what i remember the name of the boy is radagon while the girl part is marika
If you liked these then youd enjoy the boss cutscenes in Dark Souls 3 as well
They all have at least a few good ones
You should definitely check out Bayonetta boss design
30:58 you mean nudibranchs? That's what Shellos and Gastrodon are based off of, if I'm guessing correctly
Radan actually doesn’t eat the horse he rides, it is his best friend.
no "BEAR WITNESS!!" Godrick cutscene!? thats like the best cutscene in the game
As some others have probably said, context of these cutscenes would be perhaps very interesting to you. Myself having played this game and have yet to finish it, it is my favorite. ✌🏼👍🏼
Maybe do one for the Darks Souls (1-3) and Bloodborne Bosses?
