Thank you for sending this. I don’t have a punching bag but I’ll find a substitute for it and begin using this routine. Also don’t have a sparring partner but I’ll still do what I can. Also keep up the grind u have a good record 5 wins 1 draw 0 loss.

Shadow boxing will do exactly the same but make sure you have the fundamentals before moving onto anything else

Be careful not overtrain they are a like a temporary stoppage in your journey you gotta rest while resting you can’t train and when your recovered you need to work your way up again and please be careful to heck i had a grade 1 tricep strain and im in the first 4 weeks of recovery my endurance and strength and i think my muscle memory is starting to deteriorate and i have 2 more weeks of recovery left, how i got the grade 1 tricep strain is cuz i did 100 push ups.

I jus started boxing bout a 2 months ago is this a good weekly routine
20 mins on treadmills running& 10min incline walk
Run around the block/ full speed sprints down street 5x/ stairs 4 rounds
Jump rope 4 rounds/ jumping jacks
Shadow box 6 rounds
Heavybag 6 rounds
Weight lifting &. Body weight exercises
Speedbag 3 rounds
30min bike ride

mine was do bench 100, 10 times with 4 rep or what ever its called, fly, normally with 15, lateral raises normally with 10, heavy bag, spar with coach or someone else for 1-10 rounds matters on the other guy then 100 crunches 4 times with small breaks in the middle not more then 2 minute breaks and ALL before that i stretch
I rewatch this to remind me of who’s out there even tho I’m probably never gonna get a match with you since I’m 13 but a kid can dream

Ugh I’m annoyed I want to be a good boxer I wanted to do it my whole life but the thing is when I take a punch it’s like oh shit I got punched and didn’t barely hit them back when it’s the end of all that contact stuff I get annoyed that I didn’t do anything I didn’t kill my opponent there’s something in me that needs to be unleashed how do I do that
nothing u can do,u can either be comfortable with getting hit or u cant,even if u could avoid being hit to much with defensive skill eventually your flinching b4 u get hit or the half second of getting your barings after a punch will expose u early in any career

Sir i do 11 minutes of running with shadow boxing as a warm up , then 5 rounds of punching with about 5 kgs ,, after that 80 pullups, 160 pushups , and 120 squats. And then my calisthenic workout including handstand ,front lever ,negative muscle ups , pullups,pushups ,pistol squats, grip switching plus dead hang and in last some mobility excercises, how would you rate this ? 😍😍

Hey; my Muay Thai+Boxing gym has like 45 minutes of warmup then we get to spar. Is that normal or should I switch gyms? unless it’s because I’m a beginner. Thanks
I mean 45 minutes is kinda a long time but if your doing like 20 minutes of shadow boxing and 20 minutes of mobility or sum than that’s not too crazy
@@biggymgainer8125 na na, i’m confused too, it’s 45 minutes of mobility and then 25 minutes of sparring/shadowboxing/whatever. maybe because I’m going to kids classes? the coach told me to start with kids then move up to adults cause I’m 14
@@Mikyest could be because you are younger and might not have the mobility to throw a lot of kicks or something like that or to develop a healthy habit of stretching to avoid injury 🤷🏼♂️ you might not be getting the most of your money tho if your going to an hour class to learn boxing or muay Thai and 3/4 of it is stretching
@@biggymgainer8125 Yeahh. That’s why I asked. It varies per day though, some days are 75% stretching 25% sparring, some 50/50, some 25/75, some just entirely stretching, some just entirely sparring. Thanks for your help man
