I never eat any of the sorts of foods shown in this video and I want them ALL right now! My trip is 9 months away and I need to start dieting a bit now so I can really enjoy all of these goodies! I am going with husband and 2 kids, so that is 8 snack credits a day we are working with which means a lot of sharing and everyone getting to try lots of new things!

The portion is so big ! I don’t know if I can do 2 snack credit a day , plus counter service and table service .
Ham and cheese croissant with béchamel sauce at the pastry shop in France at Epcot. So good.

I had to stop my niece from loading up on bananas for snack credits - our FIRST day! Poor girl - she got in line and I caught up with her just in time.
She was using ALL of the allotted credits - wish there was a way to separate out the credits by each person on the reservations.
Not the best financially, but definitely healthier! :-) Which, of course, never comes into play when we are at Disney! :-)

That Night Blossom drink is surprisingly delicious!
Just got back from Disney World, and this video helped us out a lot! We definitely got our money's worth with the dining plan (which was free because we went in the off-season). The Poutine fries in Epcot were great, but they've changed it since this video. They don't serve it with the soup drizzled on top. Now its just a thick beef gravy, but its still very good and worth a snack credit!

Any updates for 2019?
Most everything at the kiosks at Food and Wine and Flower and Garden are considered snack credits too. We saved all our snack credits for the week and used them for F & W.
I got free quick dining plan for next trip! All I’m thinking about is how to maximize and how to not to use credit that way I can bring some pre packed snack back home as souvenirs!

How do I know that something is "snack-credit eligible"? o they write it on the menu or do I have to ask a CM?
if you look back at the video there is a little symbol next to snack credit eligible items. :)
One of our favorites is the chocolate covered pineapple at Zuri's Sweet Shop in Animal Kingdom.

The buffalo chicken chips in animal kingdom at trilo-bites are $8.49 and huge and I’m pretty sure they are a snack credit highly recommend!

Please mention that if you forgo the drink with your quick service meal you can sub for a dessert! As someone who doesn’t drink soda and drinks water anyway, this was an awesome surprise! Just having to use the little water cups though!

Erika Ehlert it really came in handy when we are at resorts! Because we had the refillable mugs that can be used at all resorts, not just the one you’re staying at. So we were able to use our mugs and have our dessert too! Any thing that was snack credit eligible was accepted! I also did this at restaurants in the parks, just had to use the small water cups... lots of trips to the machine, but the sweets were with it!
DFBGuide Wondering if at dinner (table service) you can substitute a dessert for an appetizer or salad?
Paul P ..when I spoke to disney about this, they said yes, that it was part of their policy, but I have not tried this yet.

Yep -- You can get that at Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafes in Asia. It's only $3.99, though, so it doesn't really constitute a good "value" for the your snack credit (there are many more expensive items that will give you a bigger bang for your buck). Still -- a great option for a snack if you pay out of pocket!

How do you know what’s snack credit valid or not ? I got the Disney dining plan and honestly have no idea how I would know once in the park .. any help ?

We are going the week of the fourth of July! We got the Disney Deluxe dining plan and are doing signature dining as well as table serve for lunch and dinner were using all of our snack credits for breakfast. This was so beneficial to me thank you!

If you do have any snack credits left over, we always buy things like Micky Rice crispy treats or fudge to bring home

Our favourite snack credit use is the cinnamon roll at Gaston’s Tavern for breakfast and the macaroon ice cream sandwich at Artisan Des Glacé! Delicious!
Another GREAT tip i learned is you can turn ONE quick service credit into THREE snack credits! with snacks like these that is the way to go! my son and i plan on doing that in our upcoming trip, we can try more stuff and use 3 snacks for a quick service!
We were doing that a lot at the Food and Wine Festival last year.
Absolutely gutted that Sweet Spells in Hollywood Studios has gone, was looking forward to their Whoopie Pies (Red Velvet and Oreo that you have shown on DFB before.

One of my favorite "meal snacks" is one I learned from you a few years ago, AJ, and thats the Ham and cheese croissant at Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles in the France pavilion. I think it still might be $5.00 or a little under, so maybe it's not the best value, but it's a great little lunch for a snack credit! Ask for it heated!
YeSake at Disney Springs. I've heard some say that you can use a snack credit there. If you can, that would be a great way to use a snack credit!

People often don't know, or they forget, that if you are going to WDW during an EPCOT festival such as Food and Wine or Flower and Garden, that you CAN use your snack credits at the booths in the World Showcase, and most of those items are, indeed, SNACK CREDITS!!! We always save up our allotted snacks for the days we visit the festival, and its always well worth it.
Starbucks had some good snacks. A huge carrot cake (at least 2 people could share) and a large strawberry ice milk drink (frappuccino) with whipped cream were 2 of my go-to dining plan snacks at Hollywood Studios.
I love these types of videos. I’m going to Disney soon for the first time and is so nice to see the things I can get on the dining plan. Please do more videos like this!!
Our favorite Best Value Snack Credits are all the Yummy Delights in the Sunshine Seasons Desert Case! The Chocolate Mouse Cake is our favorite and is MORE than enough for 2 people to share! It's been a couple years since we did the meal plan, but that was our go to snack back in the day at Epcot! TY AJ for another interesting video!
