100% agree with Peterson. I once worked at a startup which was painfully inefficient. The managers spent all their time on people who refused to produce but knew how to create a scene. The result was that people who actually wanted to work couldn't work because there was no time for them available. and the people who did nothing anyway continued to do nothing, but get all the valuable time from the managers. When I told them this was a waste of time, they told me ''but it is sympathetic to look after the and who else is going to?''. I learned that the same startup went bankrupt not much after I left.

We need a way to put the low IQ and lazy to work, but they don't belong in a startup. We need to follow the two biblical proverbs, "He who does not work shall not eat" (obviously invalids and the disabled get reduced or no work, and "laziness ends in slave labor" (if you don't want to work, either you pick through trash cans for food or recycling, which is hard work or you go to a private or government rehab camp. But nobody should get away without working, short of severe disability. Everyone needs free vocational/aptitude testing every decade to help them transition either to jobs they like or to less physically strenuous jobs as they age. People need access to free relocation programs if poor or low interest relocation loans if they have moderate incomes. Many people give up because they live in an expensive city or live in government housing. Many people would need smaller subsidies or none at all with CDL or forklift training and relocation assistance to cheaper areas. The key is not to group poor people in groups and to have them get a relocation coach and a welcoming family or peer group where they move. It brings down everyone if lazy people get away with lazy behavior. While it's expensive to make them work, it's more expensive to deal with the laziness contagion.

If you think this is word salad you don't know what a word salad is. Take a listen to a flat earther try to explain *anything* . That's word salad. This here is just epic clarity.
The interesting point about your comment is that it is to be read elsewhere too. People saying the exact same thing. You're *absolutely* propagating a lie. A lie that someone else have said. The advice I would give to you is to start thinking for yourself.

I had my own company for seven grueling years. I was kind and caring and coddled my worst workers... Lost everything. All the help was shot back in my face like buckshot at a Dick Cheney hunting party and i was the guy hit repeatedly. No tears for me, or the SLIGHTEST effort. I may have as well been a total monster. My kindness and help was worth absolutely NOTHING. What Jordan is saying is very spot on. That :cruel feeling is REAL... I had real troubles with it. Let all the employees go and did the closure of the business myself. Then reopend with no employees and just myself and dragged myself from NEGATIVE 250k to just plain broke over 3 years. did not go bankrupt... a mistake... and paid everything back to creditors. The plan was to suicide after that... but i saw my mistakes and decided to live for a bit longer and let nature decide. KINDNESS KILLS THE Caregiver. Don't let low functioning people destroy your business dreams. Do it yourself only for as long as you can then get ready for a huge upheaval once you get about 3 employees going (technical businesses most importantly). I will never do that again.

He’s not a professor, because his “venia legendi” has been revoked by his alma mater (Toronto University), because of his stance on homosexuality and transgender issues. He can’t hold a chair nor is he allowed to lecture at any academic institution in the world. His therapist licence has also been revoked by the Canadian Psychiatric Association, due to his stance on LGBT issues, so he can’t counsel anyone on mental issues, especially not teenagers with identity issues . The only thing he still has is his Ph.D. in Psychology. He earned that through hard work and no one can dispute that. He can officially carry that title, and publicly present himself as a psychologist (or a researcher), but he can’t be referred to as professor or counsellor/therapist.
Still, he made more money over the last seven years crying victim than in the last thirty years of his academic career. A hundred times as much probably. He turned from scientist and researcher to a Bible thumping fundamentalist. In these times, it pays much better to whine about the creator mundi and qualitas occulta.

I read Crime and Punishment in high school, and it greatly affected me. I went on to read Brothers Karamazov and other works by Dostoyevsky. Maybe one reason I find Peterson so compelling is because I also found a lot of truth in those books. I also have found the greatest adventure of my life to be trying to follow the greatest commandments Christ taught, to love God with all my heart, mind, and strength, and to love others as myself. Those are pretty hard concepts to put into real practice. I find myself working on them repeatedly. And I find myself inspired by Peterson repeatedly. This was a great conversation/lecture.

Lead was completely trashed on alcohol because it was a band mates birthday; saw them a second time, same thing. All the admiration and inspiration coming from their words fell right through the floor. Totally changed the way I looked at them, their culture, and their music. It’s taken so much growth to overlook their character flaws and draw the benefits I once had from listening to something that was dear to me. When I went to the Trump rally in Las Vegas, there was a few moments where Trump was looking right at me and talking to me personally. I couldn’t believe it. My favorite comment or statement from this. What's the worst thing about being you... And troubled to be around, I'm trouble for my wife to be around.. after I had my medical license stripped for me in Washington State, well just prior, I was called the most dangerous man in Washington for subverting the mandates and treating thousands of COVID patients that have been neglected by their doctors. We had death threats, we were heavily persecuted, and after the Attorney general contacted three of my attorneys multiple times, we were told that we needed to flee the state. I totally understand what Jordan is saying. What's the worst thing about being me, that it negatively impacts everyone that associates with me. I guess that just means I'm possibly doing something right :-)
