My husband was hit from behind, in a car accident. He is on dialysis. He received treatment for his back and neck. No surgery. My question is, why would the other drivers insurance, request my husband's medical records from his dialysis doctor, if his dialysis treatments has nothing to do with the doctors who treated him for his injuries from the car accident? Your answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank You for your video's.
They are probably just looking to see if the dialysis notes mention anything about neck or back pain. You could fight it but most courts give the Defendant a long leash to probe into prior medical history when the claimant makes a bodily injury claim.
Great video. Thanks for your dedication to helping fellow human beings who have been injured to receive compensation for severe damages.
