It's pretty crazy how you've got all these interviews, it's also nice that they've told you all this despite not being a huge channel or a well known fan site.
Yeah it's blown me away honestly. When I started making these videos, I had no plans for interview based episodes. It's just another example of how cool F:NV's Dev team is. :)
@@TriangleCity Plus that intro each vid uses is great. With any luck, The Outer Worlds will spur a renaissance for FNV and this channel will get more traffic/subs.
"Having an established IP and hitting the ground running with tons of background and assets is a huge advantage vs projects that have to start from scratch" 13:25 I think this is the most important thing to keep in mind from that interview
Damn, man, this channel sure needs more viewers. This video was outstanding, you know how to narrate the story, got some new info that even a cut content geek like me never heard of... Many thanks and can't wait to see more from you.
Love this episode! That story with the character lines is awesome, haha. Thank you for putting in so much work and sharing all of this incredible information with all of us. Cannot wait to see your next episode and hear more from the interviews you've been able to get
Yeah I bet mate! I find this series really interesting ever since I found out about it via Kotaku not only from a Fallout fanboy side but the development side is really intresting as a console gamer you don't really get to explore the Geck and so your videos are great insight to behind the curtain and the dev interviews! So good content!
I actually recall going through on the xbox 360 version and trying to save some of the NCR soldiers that were boobytrapped before realizing there was no way. I had a pre-order version of the game as well though, so perhaps that was why it was there. I might also be misremembering and it may be content that was added in the PC version with the unofficial patches.
Hmm. I'll double check on that on the 1.0 version. It's possible they were some of the content that was patched out after the initial release due to memory constraints.
Those Legionaries at Nipton, the in-game gore is not enough. I want to go full Postal Dude on those guys... "Yeah baby, I am the lizard king!?" *Snips off legs with garden scissors before busting out the ole' jerry can and box o' matches* "Oh so that's what that smells like", "Now the flowers will grow"
They're chairs. No wonder they jump onto them after spawning. You can see it happen if you crank up your run speed and rush into Nipton much faster than intended.
Late to watch this one lol. I can’t wait for the future videos and to hear about the post end game content!! Thank you for the great vids and information!
I'm very sure it's possible to kill Vulpus before going to Nipton, just cut through Black Mountain and go straight to Freeside and from there you know what to do.
For 1 second at 8:27 I thought that was fallout 2 and the red spot was the movement cursor. I finished fallout 1 but haven't finished fallout 2 yet so for 1 second I thought that was an area in fallout 2 I haven't been to yet.
Enclave here why you videofeed don't working? Nice video btw with all this info maybe some modders can restore new vegas a little bit more accurately btw sorry for you dad man :)
While the unofficial patch fixes a lot of bugs and glitches, it restores little cut/unused content, at least as far as I'm aware. Moburma's modding work restores some of what I've talked about in this series, which I'll link below. Later in this series, I'll be highlighting every mod that restores cut content. :) www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46648/
3:31 what could possibly be so much worse about nipton that they had to cut it? what's worse(or more controversial) than mass murder and torture...seriously? the only thing that comes to my mind is r*pe . I legit would like to know if anyone can thing of anything else? i mean there are no children in the game, so what is a more reprehensible act than what was done in nipton... anyone??
This is a strange question, but why do you sound like you have a big grin on your face whenever you talk? It's not a criticism. It's not distracting or annoying or anything like that, it's just something I've noticed.
Me: F:NV is the best game of all time, I've logged over 1,000 hours between Xbox 360 and Xbox One saves.... Me after seeing AKs, branded shotguns and all sorts of new content added by mods: 😑

Wow. This is easily one of the kindest comments I've gotten. I'm touched. Thank you. :))

Dude, this is such a great video! Fallout New Vegas is the best, and you're unearthing amazing back stories.

Just saw your Patreon link. I'm going to start supporting you there, thanks for doing this!
Oh wow. Thank you so much! It takes a lot of time/effort to make these videos and your support really means the world to me. :)

That's awesome! I'm going to try that out. :)
Can't wait for the Chris one ! keep up the good work mate !
Thank you so much! It's going to be the longest episode yet, probably the longest in the series. Just Chris's response is over 6000 words.
Late to watch this one lol. I can’t wait for the future videos and to hear about the post end game content!! Thank you for the great vids and information!
Thank you so much! :)
When I saw the deathwatch core rulebook in the thumbnail, I knew I was in for a good time.
very good video! can't wait for the next
Thank you so much! :)
Wonderful video. Wonderful stories!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Comments like this justify the grind of making these videos. :)
good to see you back - I'm so sorry to hear about your dad :(
Thank you. It'a been really hard, but making another video was a good distraction. :)
Thank you so much for this series.
I'm so glad you're enjoying it. :)
What mods are you using. Your vegas looks beautiful. Also thanks for the amazing interviews. You deserve way more subs
Have you tried to ask Casey Kwock about Techaticcup Mine? I wonder if he has any insight into Alexus.

I love Fallout 2, definitely my favorite of the Isometric Fallout's. :)

My video feed isn't working? How so?
Thank you so much! I hope some modders find this series and use it as a map to restore more of F:NV. :)
Do you know if the San Francisco California DLC was purely a joke or was that something they ever considered at least?
Doubt it was ever official.
I have to ask, what are you using at the start of the video for mods, cause the game looks rather nice, not so "muddy"
I think I was using Nevada ENB and Nevada Skies when I made this
My Xbox360 versión must be unactualized. Cause a lot of this stuff is in it (Vulpes’ dialog for example)
The 360 and even the PS3 game have several instaces of content that was cut or bugged in the PC version.
Are any of these bugs fixed by the unofficial patch?

Huge shame the dialogue was cut really builds up Lanius
God these dudes must hate the xbox 360 console generation

Getting to talk about a game I love makes me happy :)

Oh nooooooooo
😭😩🤦♂️
Thought you disappeared
My Dad passed away in late August actually. This is the first free time I've had for a new video unfortunately.
Wow, dude had absolutely trash taste in clothing. lol.
