Her dad is so excited I think he'd love it but the shaving is very meaningful and symbolic for him I think it means a lot to other cancer patients, especially kids, to see him shave it and remain positive about it. He could dye it at the beginning of the month and shave at the end, they both could. :)

I love Dan so much!! He is so supportive of Kayla :') He played with her that Sims challegne, let her dye his hair and was even trying to keep her calm saying is okay, is okay I expected it is alright, knowing she was already anxious enough
I was born and raised in michigan so hearing kayla say "the hurricane box" so casually really threw me off 😂 but then I went "wait, yeah, she lives in florida. Best to have one of those"
Lol on the west coast we have earthquake kits but never had to really use one except when the power goes out in a storm
Just for anyone wondering. Just dyed my hair with the same dye an hour ago. It stains. But spraying a bathroom cleaner on it, leaving it for a few minutes and then just going over with a wet cloth will get it off easily.
If you really want it to stick, leave it for at least two hours. Preferably longer.
His natural ginger color definitely made it less blue toned and warmer.
The blue cancelled out the copper and then you just have red left so what the color gotta do??? (jokes aside it looks like a beautiful autumn red)

I have two cats, getting unintentional scratches comes with the territory as soon as one scratch heals, I get another, Dan is such a good sport, he looks great either way.

I have natural dark hair. (Not black just dark brown) I'd love to dye my hair purple but I don't want to make my hair blond just to get the best color from the bottle. I actually *LOVE* GINGER colors
Purple is one of the few colors that work on dark hair. It won't be bright. But leaving it on for a while, like a few hours, will help get it to stick. It can get pretty intense. Especially Arctic Fox. It's great hair dye.

omg I dyed my hair (which is naturally a very dark cool toned brown) using arctic fox and the red dye literally never completely faded even after 6 months. my hair looked dark brown but in the sun still looked bright red so I ended up using blue-black hair dye to get rid of it lol
As soon as i saw her pick up the bottle i knew it was arctic fox lol. It does smell pretty good

I have brown hair and I've dyed my hair a couple of times in different colors and it never takes in the time it says on the packaging. I always to minimum an hour and a half but usually I just leave it on for as long as possible tbh

If you do this in the future and get the dye on your skin, take a little bit of the dye on a wet & warm towel / paper and the dye will come off of your skin.

I just dyed my hair last night and now I see this. I dye my hair all the time, I haven't had my natural hair color in a long time. So I have a mixing bowl and a tinting brush and a little scale as well scine I mix color and developer often.
My hands are to sweaty to get the gloves on -- as a deli worker this is a constant struggle with the summer humidity.
My hair air dries wavy/curly. UA-cam has been a big help for me to learn how to properly care for my natural hair texture. Before I used to just straighten it all the time.
A tip to make it a bit easier: pour the dye into something, than grab a small piece of a sponge and apply with it. So you just dip a sponge into the die and apply on the hair.
