Please make a same video like this for GTA IV or GTA V, I know they're quite old but they're still amazing. (not the online part obviously)
If I could also make a request, I'd be very pleased to see the beauty of the Shadow of the Colossus remake.
@@brendandulaca3147 That's very nice of you 😊.
Best of luck man, you're brilliant at this! I hope you can make this a full time thing and be very successful at it

I can't believe how nostalgic this game is even after only two years of release. Jesus Christ man honestly...
I know right? I remember getting home from school on day one and playing the game all fucking day. It feels like so long ago, but it hasn't even been 2 years.
I played this game again right after my grandfather, an avid hunter and woodsman, died. Certain scenes that meant little to me in my first playthrough, now seemed to have intense meaning. Seeing the cuts with the deer, especially toward the end, seemed directed toward exactly what I was feeling, and I often found myself in tears during these moments. The entire ending was beautiful and enlightening and I don't think I've felt such emotion from another piece of media. My only regret is not being able to show this game to my Grandpa, he would've loved all of it
I remember getting the trailer notification for rdr2 when I was in the tram coming back from the University heading home and watching it with my earphones on and just sitting there smiling. Yesterday, I restarted the single player after almost 2 yrs of completing it. Damn I missed Arthur and his stupid jokes. I will just stay at chapter 4 and roam around the map doing my own stuff. This time Arthur won't die. Good luck boys.
@@dracoquintas9141 Wow it happend to me with GTA IV when i was coming back from school too. That was time agooo.
@@-pROvAK my condolences, man...
I wish I could discover the story once again .. What a great game
Out of all the games I’ve played this is the one I’d like to forget and play again
kshamwhizzle I get what you mean. I just wanna relive the first half of the game before Arthur got sick :(
Do like me, play other games and don't think too much about the game in a few months and then you can come back to it with many of the story moments forgotten :)

This game hits the hardest.. definitely my favorite game
red dead depression
@@masonjones9961 Damn yes bro
I read somewhere "I learned so much from a character that isnt real" And that resumes how powerful games can be, and Im happy for that.
Was it on the "thats the way it is" soundtrack video? I read it there I believe.
I was 13 when I first played red dead redemption. I’d sit alone at night and roam around as John Marston for hours. There’s a sense of loneliness when you sit on your horse during a thunderstorm. How the game goes quiet once you finish all the chapters in story mode. Nearly 10 years later and this game is still part of those lonely nights where you’d rather be alone.
Fucking beautiful man. I was with u at 15 just chilling in Mexico while the Thunder hits and enjoying the rain sounds coming down. Such a fun game
that's awesome i wish i played the first one when it first came out
Same here man. I wonder if we’ll ever get a remastered version. I love and am fine with the original but it would be cool if they released it as an add on to RDR2 and bridged the gap between games into the first one with a little more content in between Mx
Couldn’t have said better myself. Bravo
Me at 12
I love Arthur’s last ride to camp. There are many layers to that moment, and everyone interprets it differently, but to me, that’s what the whole game was about, what it was building up to. It’s the rise of the fall. Arthur discovers the beauty of the people around him, the beauty of family, all while his family falls apart. But he still has one chance to make sure that somebody else can keep their family, for good. This game is something new every time I play it.
Thanks, man!
The first time I played the game I cried like a baby on his last ride. I felt like a piece of me just left. Arthur was like family to me. My heart shattered beyond repair and when I saw the deer go into the light I lost it at that point. So many tears shed that night. One of the most greatest stories I've ever been through. I don't think I've ever cried that much playing a video game before. I never knew a game as beautiful as this could be so dark too. I wish I could play this game for the first time again.
Me too, man. I get something different every time I play it. The first time around, I just felt sad that Arthur was dying. The second time, I had a bittersweet feeling because I knew Arthur was gonna die, but I was happy for the life he lived and the difference he made in his world. He went out a good man in that second run, hearing the voices of those he had saved and helped. Third time, I just remembered all the good times I had with him, knowing this would be his last. After watching this video, though, it got me thinking about the true family Arthur had this whole game. This game is art.
I don't cry watching sad movies, or tv, but I did cry on Arthur's last ride. It was the first time I had genuinely cried about something like this and I really felt like I had just lost someone I loved. I spent the next few days just thinking about it.
I nearly traded this game in very recently. I've got rid of all my old games and films but for some reason I just couldn't get rid of this game. I haven't finished it yet. I always knew this game was special in a way but struggled finishing it. I'll definitely replay it now.

@@gforcePG188 well i respect your opinion, for me still Witcher 3 (including both expansions) is the greatest, but RDR2 is really great as well.
@@PolishGod1234 I respect you opinion and both games are masterpieces, Blood and Wine is insane, the best expansion in a game.
@@gforcePG188 i loved Hearts of Stone Just as much as BAW. BAW was much bigger, had better side quests, gave New gameplay elements, and was a great end to the story, adding the Best region in the game, but Hearts of Stone's story and Writing is a Masterpiece, and It's characters were a bit better than these from Blood a and Wine.

the beauty of Red Dead Redemption 2
*shows Hosea getting shot*
Beautiful in a poetic sense. Hosea had a respiratory illness which, although not as bad as Arthur's TB, was still fatal (some not so subtle hints appear while moving to Horshoe Overlook). So Milton shooting Hosea in the lung was intentional (adding insult to illness)
the reason why it was so sad Arthur died was because he was the one who wanted to make the best for the gang, the smart one. And his leader was being brainwashed by Micah. Right when he made things better he died right there. I remember finishing the game and thinking “wow, he was just starting to make things way better.” He was the nicest out of all gang members next to Charles, Lenny, Hosea, and Sean. I’ve honestly learned so much from Arthur even though he’s a fictional character.
Man i really wish u put some spoiler alert but it's my fault reading comments

This game feels different about other games. Is special like the once that I been with my horse in the snow and very quiet it's a piece of art. Very good job Rockstar
This is my favorite game ever. Bought in 2018 one month later after it got released, finished in like 1/2 months and I’ve never exeprienced any videogame like that… ever on my life. The level of detail, the atmosphere, the story, the characters, it’s just so perfect and nostalgic.
Now in 2022 I’ve had a car crash… totalled one of my dream cars, a Honda Civic from 1997, I had a few mods (wheels and suspension). Still don’t believe that I no longer have that car waiting for me every day/night to take me somewhere I can forget about some of my problems… I fractured 2 vertebrae from the crash and I’ve been resting for almost a month now. I’m playing red dead redemption 2 since that happend, everyday, but with Arthur and progressing very slowly on the story so I can explore and enjoy more of the unkown things that I didn’t enjoyed back in 2018. With that being said I very thankeful that this game exists and has been some kind of help to surprass what happend in my life. I know it’s just a car but it had so much meaning to me… even before the crash, since september/october 2021 I haven’t been good on the mental side of things, can’t enjoy being with my friends, been spending too much time in my beedrom alone. And then the crash happend and I felt like it was “the final thing” that could’ve happend to me. Sorry for repeating myself too many times… if you’re reading, I hope you find some kind of soft spot from this game on your life
This was beautiful and sad to read. But your writing is beautiful. I am thinking a lot about accidents, about spinal cord injuries and how we take so many things for granted. Thats why i never drove a car
Anyway, I hope your injury is not that bad, I am 32 old, and I have rdr2 but due to lot of work and financial and some other problems I cant afford tome to play it. But one day I will, as soon as I accomplish some important goals in regards to my debts, money end some relationship I will immerse myself in this game. As in, playing this game will be reward for reaching certain goals of mine in next year in my physical reality. I wish you all the best
Love you❤❤

In regards of car things, I got myself another white honda civic, but an older one, that I always dreamed of! From 1990 and it needs some love, but nothing major. I hope that you accomplished the things that you wanted and somehow, someway rdr2 has helped you thinking more clearly of the things. I wish you all the best too man :)

The lighting in this game still outshines pretty much every game out there, even all this time later
Before 19 years the first time I had played this iconic game….speechless
I just discovered your channel, I'm scrolling through the videos, I saw RDR2, I clicked, I heard That's the way it is and I'm crying again omg. Thank you so much for this beautiful channel ❤
I end this game once, on PC premiere. I just can't feel, go throught it again. It's have outstanding writing, amazing graphic, incredible story telling and .. I can talk and talk.
Soon, I'll go for it again. Once again. Full, all sides quest again.
One of those unforgettable masterpieces in the whole world of enterteinement
I wish i could travel back through time to save Arthur, but he never existed, which is not the feeling i have for him. Arthur felt real.
Possibly the best game ever. Attention to detail is incredible
One of the best games and tbh literally a movie ever made!!!! Kudos to the entire team who worked on this project in their own capacities. Hope Rockstar retains them by paying them well and hope we get many more such titles from Rockstar ..Before this game came out and someone would have told me that rockstar is making a game that will be better than GTA, I would have laughed
Soundtrack in this game was so superb. Obviously “That’s the way it is” takes the headlines but so many moments in the game were enhanced by the music.
The ride to the bank robbery in valentine with the tense buildup then after the ominous almost intimidating track that plays when Arthur is riding to collect the last of the debt owed by the widowed Mrs. Downes. Countless others as well.
Arguably _the_ greatest videogame ever made. It may not be the most favorite, the most popular, or the most talked about. But in terms of accomplishing what it set out to do; the world it meant to portray, the story it meant to tell, and the realism of the whole thing. This game is PERFECT. No other even comes close.
And then, just like in the very story it was telling us, the "modern world" caught up to us. That once beautiful landscape, stripped simply for profit..
Intentionally or not, R* literally told us what was coming. As utterly disappointing as it is, it's kind of poetic in a way.
Thank you Read Dead Redemption 2, for everything..
RDR2 is simply just beautiful it’s more then a game it’s a story a perfect story full of history, struggle, money, love, death, betrayal, revenge and consequences it’s the most well written game of all time in my opinion and has the most beautifully made characters that feel like real people
This was one of the only game that’s ever made me cry
You can’t deny the fact that video games are art and this game is artistically a modern masterpiece.
in 10-15 years we're gonna be like "remember when we thought these graphics were good?"
That's the way it is
Im not sure, there is definetly a cap to hit for photorealism, and this loop will end at somepoint, the thing is we are hella close to that point.
@@pgetheelderscrollsturkiye68 I mean eventually it's going to be like how you see things in the real world. Just a matter of time.
@@pgetheelderscrollsturkiye68 We are nowhere near that point for playable graphics. Look at what some highly detailed pre-rendered stuff looks like, miles above this. Someday that is what actual gameplay will look like.
@Ben Turner Oh I agree 100% about depth of gameplay. Even on the visual end, people love nice graphics but I think good animation is underappreciated. Something can look amazing visually but then there are these simplistic animations that don't quite match up with the visual fidelity. Look at a game like "Inside", very simple graphics, amazing animation that breathes life into the game.
I just finished the story and this makes me wanna lay down and cry my eyes out... I miss my Arthur.
25 years of gaming and this is my absolute favorite. The end of the game led me to my balcony, i was standing there, just tearing up with with a sigarette in the snow listening to the end credits knowing that i just played and finished my favorite game ever.
Thank you Rockstar and thank you for this video.
Time to replay this gem.
This hit my soul, my ancestors, honestly
It made me realize how useless was my life at that moment
It's curious that a character like Arthur made me realise, that at that moment and even now,
I want to travel to the countryside, it gives me peace, I miss it so badly, nostalgia I guess
My purpuse, ride a horse in the countryside and just draw as many things I can see, just like Arthur Morgan
Help those in need and feel that breeze touching my nose, while I ride my horse in the wilderness
Thank you for reminding me that.
Amazing editing.🐴🐎🌲🌲🌿🌿
Honoured to have lived my life in a time this legendary game came out, forever a masterpeice, forever in our hearts-Arthur Morgan.
i played this game a lot throughout my toughest times. whenever i had a shitty day i’d simple turn on my ps4 and roam around the country as arthur and enjoy the scenery. this probably sounds a little over dramatic to say but i’ve been through a breakup recently and this game is what kept me going. it holds so much sentimental value to me that i’ll forever find comfort in this game. i’m pretty sure others can agree with me.
When I saw the trailer for this game I actually started getting emotional, my love for gaming and my love for westerns mixed with my love for freedom made me know that i had to buy this game, i take bike trips and sleep under the stars, so being able to in this beautiful game makes my worst days better
This game means a lot to me.
In 2020 I worked in a hospital, it was the worst year of my life, but I found comfort and tranquility when I came home and played this wonderful game.
It was thanks to this game that I rethought many things about my life and made the decision to leave that job at the end of 2020, today I am much happier than before.
Thank you Rockstar.
I hope that Rockstar watch this kind of videos and read comments so they can see how much we like the game and that we appreciate their hard work. Thanks Rockstar!
RDR 2 makes me want to go out and explore the world, meet interesting, unique and beautiful people irl not beauty in looks but in character, its crazy how one game can spark such feeling of wanting to find human connection. 😃
I discovered RDR2 a year ago, it was one of the few games that I really felt was a wonderful experience, riding through the meadows in a calm way, sitting at night to see the stars in the game, becoming fond of its characters, crying with death of each one of them, to truly feel part of that family they had.
Arthur Morgan's death is something that remains etched in my head, it makes me think that maybe after having a bad life, I should seek to do good, my uncle was a thief, a real one, with weapons and everything, his My last wish before dying of cancer was that I wanted to redeem myself, I wanted to achieve that redemption, Arthur made me remember it, remember that at the end of the road we will all stop at the same destination, either end up looking at the horizon after redeeming you ... or simply passing away on a bed ... that's RDR2, it's not just a game with spectacular graphics, it's an experience that changes you, I've spent it 4 times, but I always live it as if it were the first
Do next the beauty of uncharted 4 :D
It’s just a shame rockstar neglect this game constantly the online still potential to be amazing but they just refuse to give us that big update we all want
