How Dangerous is MDF? (Medium density fibreboards)

A topic that i always hear raised on work sites is how dangerous MDF is and what you should do when working with it!
I did a fair amount of research into the topic and put it all together in a quick easy to follow video!

I personally work at a MDF mill, I can 1000% say that the majority of MDF mills stopped using Formaldehyde years and years ago.

I will seldom use MDF. I do not to high volume work that would require cost reduction. If I do cut MDF I do it outside with a respirator. Last I checked trees were not using chemicals from Dupont.

It’s great if you have the option to choose what to use! I barely see any new houses these days that aren’t done with MDF
