  • Kawal Kishore Saluja and his family run Chache Di Hatti, a hole-in-the-wall eatery in New Delhi, India. On the menu is one single dish - Chole Bhature.
    What sets Chache Di Hatti apart is their chole masala - a secret recipe handed down to Kawal Kishore by his father.
    The eatery has been serving Chole Bhature since 1957 from just that one location and Kawal Chacha is in no hurry to make any changes. If you are in New Delhi, and want a heady Dilli ka nashta, do go over to Chache Di Hatti. Be prepared for the long queue, and the most amazing taste!

    It's interesting because that's when some people say is the best time to go out looking: is when you already have a secured job. Best time to apply/job search is when you already have a job.

    God bless chacha ji. ❤ His cholley bhaturey & his words. There are thousands of gems in India. They dont want to chase big money. They are satisfied with their lives. One simple shop. No branches. That's their USP. Vice should cover some more of such places.

      Instead of seeing it as small mind try to see the reason for it {it is not driven by profit alone otherwise look at how food is getting homogenized globally}. Diversity only remains when it is rooted locally.

    1. Radhe Shyam
    2. Nagpal ( ashok Vihar)
    3. CDH
    4. Sitaram Diwanchand( paharganj)
    5. Shri ganesh corner (laxminagar)
    6. Haldiram ( jb kuch na mile)

      @sanchitsinghania4571 Рік тому

      Radhe Shyam's too overrated. People who havent had good chole bhature overhype it. As for Shri Ganesh Corner, it serves cow dung and not chole bhature. Dont know about Nagpal Ashok Vihar, but Nagpal Gandhi Nagar sells good stuff. Sitaram used to be good but now its quality has degrded a lot. Best Chole bhature I've had are those of Om Di Hatti(Shkati Nagar Chowk), CDH and Gol Hatti(Fatehpuri).
