Ok, so a couple fun facts…1. Having large “bumps” was helpful in high school, but now my “bumps” get caught in my belt😂. 2. Ms Mary Mack is so much fun but NEVER in a plank😂 and finally 3. Chris and Amanda sure do know how to make a workout fun! Thank you both❤
I did this and not only felt stronger afterwards but laughed so much during this 30 minute workout, I had to put the weights down at one point. It's always fun when Amanda joins Chris.

This was a great workout. Thank you for mentioning Barry. I am very proud of his achievement. What he didn't tell you was that before strength training and mobility he couldn't bend to tie his shoe laces and now he can which may seem small but is huge to him. He has just bought some heavier weights this weekend! Thank you Chris for all your motivation and sense of fun. And Amanda too of course x

This was great! I actually liked starting with the shoulders. Usually when we do them towards the end they are so tired from holding weights for the other exercises. Today I was able to go a little heavier with them since they were first. I love how you change things up to get different challenges each workout! I also love how entertaining you & Amanda are. The workout just flew by. Thank you!

I have been singing Miss Mary Mack Mack in my head since finishing❤. Too fun as always Chris and Amanda! Chris, I worked my way through college in a record store on the Las Vegas strip. Open 24 hours. This was late 80s early 90s. We had vinyl, cassettes, CDs and a video department. It was to this day the most fun job I have ever had. Needless to say I get every song reference and most video references 😂😂. That’s what makes this so fun for me. I never thought I would enjoy weight training or dogs. But you made me like both. ❤❤

I've not done any press ups for a while and doing them today i can really see an improvement: i can get lower and they feel right by which i mean they are not easy but not as difficult. Credit to Chris and your variety of workouts.x

Great upper body workout, Chris! I went too heavy on the weights during last Friday’s workout and I paid for it over the weekend. Kept the weights a bit lighter during the shoulder section today 😊. You better have a girls’ movie night and make Amanda watch Can’t Buy Me Love! Classic! They really don’t make them like they used to.
