Wow this was great! I was reminded about how important strength training is yesterday. I was helping some friends move out of their second floor apartment, and I was the fittest of the group, so I tackled the bulk of getting the boxes down the stairs. Yes it was hard, but I am in such good shape (thanks to CDorner's workouts!) that I did it without injury and in good time. Wahoo!

I used to be totally insecure about my arms and always wore3/4 sleeves. Since lifting heavier and heavier with you Chris, I am wearing tank tops all the time. My son in law actually said, ‘Look at those shoulders!’, which made me feel good. I credit you for this, Chris!!!

After finishing the leg routine at 9:00, I did this arm workout. Using weight and bands with handles, you will feel really strong after. Chris never ceases to amaze me with all of these amazing exercises she comes up with. You never will be bored. Maybe sore. But not bored.
Amazing how tired your muscles get without using any weights! Also, not only are you a great instructor because you make things fun and engaging, you're a great teacher because not many people explain so well the purpose of each movement and the different types of training you can do.
I love working with the handle bands and mixing it with the weights! , I can feel my muscles working a lot more! Thank you for all you do Chris! ❤

Wonderful upper body workout today! I enjoyed the movie conversation. I haven’t seen many Tom Cruise movies. I did like Jerry McGuire. I know Top Gun was a huge hit in the 80’s but I never saw it or the newer version that came out about 2 years ago. I’m not a movie fan. The fun of live workouts are being distracted by the conversations 😆thank you Chris! I tried to keep up with you in weight.
I really appreciated this workout. I felt like I had grown two inches afterwards with your encouragement to open up my chest, get out of my neck, etc. It just makes such a difference after a day hunched at the pc. Also thank you so much for the modification screen - it really helps to see the modifications so that I can jump between the two if Im struggling rather than giving up. Brilliant mix of exercises. Thank you.

I loved this workout! Being almost 7 months pregnant, I was able to modify as needed but still work on building my strength. I love the flexibility in your workouts which allows them to be done by anyone in any stage of life!

This was the funniest workout, talking about Tom Cruise movies and working arms. I really felt like I was working out with friends, even though it wasn't live. I was shouting "LEGEND!" at the TV because I sorta loved that movie. Kind of like Labyrinth, right? Anyway...thanks for the workout!

Yeah not a huge fan of Tom Cruise himself either, as he does seem to play quite serious characters. I do like the Mission Impossible films. But I actually liked him in Tropical Thunder as he played someone totally different and was funny in it too.

I’m sure if I’ve seen Days of Thunder (but might have to watch it tonight just incase I’ve not seen it) but if you’ve not seen Tropical Thunder, you’ll have to watch that, it’s really funny, and it’s got Jack Black and Ben Stiller in it too. You probably won’t recognise Tom Cruise in it because he’s been made to look totally different than he usually looks but he’s very funny in it!
