  • Join us on an exciting journey as we trek through Kudremukh, literally meaning "horse’s face" in Kannada, named after the distinctive shape of its peak. Historically known as Samseparvath, this stunning peak was once accessible from Samse village.
Nestled in the heart of the Western Ghats in Chikkamagaluru district, Kudremukh Peak stands proudly at an altitude of 6,207 ft, making it the third highest peak in Karnataka, after Mullayyangiri and Baba Budangiri. This peak is part of the Kudremukh National Park, the second-largest wildlife protected area in the Western Ghats.
As we traverse the rolling green hills and misty valleys, we encounter a diverse range of flora and fauna. Watch out for deer and peacocks, among other wildlife, as we hike through the grasslands, forests, and many small streams.
Don't miss out on this beautiful trek and the breathtaking scenery of Kudremukh. Subscribe to my channel and join me on this unforgettable adventure!
