There's a few things I find REALLY attractive about this in comparison to the Katwalk. The support looks better desiged, you have a 4ft instead of a 3ft base (prefer 5ft but at least you allow some range of motion when walking/running) and you're designing games specifically meant for a treadmill. The games part is huge. I didnt realize the accessability problem with games before I got the Katwalk and the work I'd have to do to get the right experiences. A quick look and I see campaign shooters that have some sustained movement that is fast paced like Doom Eternal and not boringly slow like most VR shooters. THANK YOU!!! Treadmill users definitely need more of this.

I'm a boxer and I run about 10 miles every week. I've been following omni since 2014. I'm really looking foward to utilizing the treadmill as a means to lose weight while I'm gaming. Man I can't waitttttt. I'm also a new shareholder and I hope I can profit some big numbers off this badboy!!!!!! 😂❤🎉
The combat version will be nice...nothing too extreme as yet, just a top body vest that vibrates when you get hit. Either the whole vest or actually the spot where you got hit.
someone with big money should create a VR Game Show on a major network with contestants competing against each other using Omni One. Mark Cubin if you're reading this.....
We’re currently shipping beta units, but we’re aiming to begin our general release (in the U.S.) by June. We only allow investors to export it. Otherwise, we do intend to ship Omni One internationally, but that will be late this year at the earliest.
We don't have in-game jumps that are not tied 1:1 with your headset position, though this is possible. For descending, this typically proceeds in-line with the game's gravity.
Locomotion compatible games used to be very scarce, but they have proliferated of late. We haven't announced our launch line-up yet, but there will be no shortage of great games for Omni One! You can see some arcade versions of our games here: enterprise.virtuix.com/games.

We would need a larger sample size for such a study, but we may be able to produce this data once we are shipping in larger volumes.
How high does the Omni One put you off of the ground? My basement ceiling is 6'10" and I'm 6'. I am concerned that I would have no head clearance.
We recommend choosing a room with more clearance, as you would likely hit the ceiling with your controllers if you raised them above your head.
