The whole anime is abt skateboarding and is actually responsible for getting me into skateboarding myself. It of course has its own story too it but yeah, skateboarding anime. also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE react to this! the dub is Hilariously good the VA's play their roles amazingly
Without spoiling much, it is very much is a skateboarding anime. The main characters are part of a underground skateboarding competition. It's pretty interesting, one of the mcs doesn't have any experience with skateboarding and goes along with him learning and realizing that he is in fact quite good at it (despite his many fails during the learning process). There's a bunch of fun and chill moments between characters which is balanced by the drama and intense competitive scenes. It's definitely a fun watch, and it recently has been confirmed to be coming out with a season 2
I know its been a month since you posted this so I'm a bit late but yeah i do think a few episodes would be worth checking out since, while i cannot say anything to how accurate the skateboarding is and I will admit there *is* a level of unhingedness to the events at times can say its at least notably more grounded than the op implies.
