@@itsmeprasad1987that’s usually what happens to properties like this. They sit on the market for years and sell for a lot less than the list price. There are some exceptions if it’s a very desirable property, lot, or location, but generally speaking they are tricky to sell.
This is one of the few high-end houses that look and feel like a house and not like an art museum, hotel or office space.

One of the things I have noticed about Enes is a thorough knowledge of materials and architecture. This really sets this channel apart from all of the many others that are popping up trying to be just like Enes. This shows a mastering of his craft, and I respect this so much. Yes, charisma is part of video success, but add in the smarts? That is how you get a multimillion subscriber channel.
This is AMAZING, it's my favourite house you've been to! Every detail is so beautiful and the design does not only look good but it's also really smart and practical. I love it so much, wish I had the money to live in a place like this, so incredible!

Casey was not afraid to use different wallpaper, paint colors, floors, tile and marble...and it all works. It looks so lovingly designed. Every detail was thought out. It is a beautiful home with gorgeous mountain views. Just perfect for a family.

this kind of modern mansions are rare, its like everyone goes for the cold monotone theme for the interior, but when they add details with wood that compliment the other materials it warms the place up and makes the house feel actually liveable
I didn't expect the inside to be like it was from looking from the outside. I loved the inside. The property was amazing too. It's like a complete resort. It does look like it's been there a lot longer. Sad they only just finished it and are now moving.

I just love this beautifully decorated house! Love the warm beams, the kitchen is simply gorgeous with the wooden island and stove ventilation, the pops of color in various rooms that adds interest, the garden, etc, etc. This home is really superior to the typical LA property, in my opinion. I had to smile at Mikey’s term … “the house feels broken in”.

Such a rich home, so full of small but significant beautiful details. This is a home that is worth it’s price. It’s not minimalist but yet not cluttered. The details are what make this home so fun interesting and comfortable.
I’m pretty impressed. It’s modern yet classic. Her choice of materials was spot on. Everything has a timeless feel to it that could fit in 100 years ago or today. And the architect really gave it a grande large open feel but with lots of smaller cozy spaces. I really really like modern architecture but I would be pretty content here.

I have watched a lot of the mega mansion tours. This is the first one that actually feels like a home. It looks like someone who hasn't always had money designed it.

Love the willingness to use different colours inside the house, she did a great job. I love arched windows and the way the two closets are connected in the middle in the master bedroom.

i love the mixed hardware/fixture finishes. even in the same room you can see chrome, brass, gold, etc. but it's really thoughtfully and beautifully executed. it's really refreshing to see that play in design, when most homes today are very minimalist and stick to the same 2-3 colors throughout an entire house.
There are some videos by Enes and his crew where I know I will come back and watch them all over again, like this one. This house is so stunning, it gave me chills! Design is incredible, views are breathtaking, wow!

for a house this huge, this one is surprisingly cozy. theres something about this house that gives u a warm and welcoming feeling. its modern but has traditional touches in it. whoever designed this property is amazing. every space in this house is so well put, and everything just blend nicely together. also i love how the rooms has different personalities... and omg that swan powder room!

Enes and Mikey do not miss a thing in their presentations which is what I like because they expose so many innovative buildings and new design ideas - this house is very classic however I would be scared to build/buy an expensive a home so close to the cliff edge - coastal erosion can be unpredictable especially if there's a major earth quake on the San Andreas fault line
Very smart design choices were made in this property. The flamingo powder room was a special moment, as was the office with the salt water tank, and the secret room. The billiard room, and the theater room were also spectacular. Loved the walk in closets as well. Kudos on this property!

I like this house. It actually looks liveable rather than just a showpiece or something like that. The fountain is awesome and I love it. The view is also amazing

Beautiful. Warm and inviting. It feels like a real home and not just an expensive house.
I love the idea of the safe space behind the hidden door with an additional door that has a lock on it. If I ever can build a home, I would absolutely put that in.
The wallpaper in the 1st powder room is no swans, it is cranes (grus japonensis), which is a symbol for good fortune and longevity in Japan. The home has a great design overall, nice combination of more traditional and contemporary interior, also very interesting artwork throughout all the rooms.
And it's Gucci.

Enes, Mikey, and team you are true professionals. Great warm family home, loved the family vibe of the bedrooms. So many homes are totally adult only resort designs and young kids would not only be a terror but wouldn’t be safe in them. But this is beautiful AND family friendly. Me and my wife with our 6 week old girl loved the nursery room off the primary bedroom. That baby bathing station and big deep sink were awesome we’ve never seen anything like that in any other tours, that’s a mommy’s dream baby room. Rest of the mansion was warm, inviting and luxurious too.
This home and decor is stunning. Truly an exceptional stand out. This is one of the only high dollar mansions I have been truly impressed with in I could not tell you how long. Thank you for sharing.

Suprisingly tasteful and sophisticated design touches. The billiard room has a masterful mix of unexpected colors. This is NOT the “typical” NFL players home which usually look like the homes of lottery winners.

Very classic traditional home. I loved everything about this home. It felt inviting and cozy in spite of its size. Also way cool that it’s owned by a Packer. I live In Wisconsin & most of my family are huge Packer fans.

Call me old fashion, but I really love these classic traditional homes. I have recently been to a house that used 80+ slabs of marble throughout. Although beautiful, it felt cold and too ultra modern for me, making it rather boring towards the end seeing all the same walls and floors. I love the usage of wood countertops, beams, paneling, floors, and other woodworks to make this massive place warm and together. Whether it’s a primary residence or not, I believe making a house feel like home is an important aspect many people often forget.
Classical style mansions like this one will always be superior to modern style ones.

Love this property! Especially the interior, warm yet also so tranquil. And what a view! You almost don’t need to see the ocean. I was fooled too, I thought the home was refurbished not brand new! One of my favorites toured on this channel so far, despite the brass and arches…two architectural components I’m usually not keen on in contemporary properties. It’s homely as well, in that the bedrooms for instance, are great but not OTT opulent or huge.
Now this is one very tasteful house. Very restrained and comfortable looking. Just dripping with taste and class. It's very traditional but very beautiful. One of the best I've seen on the channel.
