I'm really liking the way Enes and Mikey are showing the houses. They're feeling very relaxed, more casual and friendly.
I'm an Enes's follower for 3 years by now and he's getting more connected with the audience and acting more natural every video. And this is really enjoyable to watch.

This mansion is very grand, the front entrance is very retro, it feels as if Juliet will appear and stand on the balcony waiting for Romeo!
I like their garden, it feels like I am in Europe, not California! I must tell the lovely Enes that the skin of the kumquat is not edible!
I also like their movie theater, it feels very relaxing, and you can watch Enes' videos all day long!
They put a sofa in the bathroom so special, the whole layout does not look like a bathroom, but a show!

A refreshing change from all those (great too mind) ultra-modern glass and steel boxes usually toured here when in LA. Even if it comes across as an old fashioned grandpa house, like early era Hollywood (too much beige 😬) I particularly liked the kitchen, backyard and ocean views though.

Hello Enes, My husband and I love your channel. There is one thing I would like to point out on this video, and it is the term you were using to describe the walls covered in fabric. “Padded walls” makes me think about a padded cell.
I used this design feature on our wall, behind our bed in the primary bedroom. A better, more accurate term is “upholstered walls.” Which sounds more luxurious and that’s really what those walls are, upholstered, and the trim is called piping. Thank you for hours of beautiful content. We so enjoy you and Mikey 😊

This house is perfect. I think it is worth every million of its price. And as if that wasn't enough, it comes with an amazing view of the ocean. I'd stay away from Enes's channels if I was rich, because he shows so many beautiful, artistic houses that I'd be addicted to buy everything. Every week I would be buying a new house. Also I wanna say that the developers have outdone themselves when comparing this house to the last one shown in this channel. Really loved this one.
This place is drop-dead impressive. I typically don't like black finishes (water fixtures, light fixtures, door pulls, door hindges, window frames etc) because it too trendy. It is popular now but 15 to 20 years from now, you'll cringe when you see it in a house. It's like the gold fixtures that was popular in the 90s. Yet, for this house, maybe because of the size, the black finishes work very well. Applause to the builder and the designer. And of course it goes without saying, a major applause to Enes and Mikey for showing this house so well.
Enes, an informal dining area with four French doors into a backyard is so unique and exquisite. I can’t even imagine an everyday joy one can experience having breakfast in this room. As they say: “the staff that dreams are made of”. Once again, thank you for sharing this experience with us.

One question: how does one clean those puffy fabric walls? Dust buster? Is the fabric waterproofed? It looks cool but of course I’m thinking about all the practicalities of caring for it.

Very beautiful house. Usually I don't like these traditional kind of houses because of so many details and seems little bit chaotic to me and creates too much noise (metaphorically) so that's why I'm more into simple, minimalist yet luxurious, modern/contemporary houses but this house is really one of a kind and very beautiful. Love it. Enes and Mikey, please keep doing what you do. All the best. I almost watch every video of this channel and the main channel as well.

Not trying to compare youtubers more specifically JP and the rest. Enes tours are ORGANIZED!!! You can tell he walked the house gave his input, his team gave theirs. There is direction in these videos you can tell with the transition when he went outside and came back inside that continuity and flow not even Serhant can do it. Absolutely noone tours a house like him.
Enes, by far my favorite home tour youtuber. A powder room has no bath, and a bathroom has a bath and/or shower. So, what is a powder bathroom?

Love that panda marble! This home is almost perfection, and I rarely say this. You can learn a lot about tasteful decoration by studying the use of stone, fixtures, and color in this house, and then applying it to your home remodel. It’s too bad the people who stage these don’t put better art on the walls. But, hey, the check is in the mail!

Absolutely gorgeous home inside and out. Fantastic tour, presentation and that intro/night tour is sublime with the music and video. I am sure Enes you wish there could be double of you to keep up with your schedule. 😄 Thank you Mikey for asking questions I really appreciate that aspect of the videos. 🙂 Had to rush to see what kind of drawer slides I have and they are below so thank you for that very valuable tip. Very lucky that our builder ended up having to go to one of our top kitchen design companies to get the house done on time. Never have had an issue with drawers, cabinets or shelves here unlike homes we toured where they were a mess.
I would take that covered outdoor sitting area in the backyard any day!

I remember in Argentina I had a neighbor that had a kumquat (quinotos in Spanish) tree and he had wayyy too many for himself so we got a huge bag from him and were eating kumquats for like 2 weeks. And yes, you eat seeds, peel and all.

Enes, I am thoroughly enjoying your videos! I appreciate the way in which you take us on a tour of the home the manner in which you tie the internal geography of the home together by making note of a central location and returning us to that central location. This allows us to reorient as you continue the tour.
As to kumquats, the fruit can be eaten whole, like a grape. The kumquat skin varies from slightly sweet to sweet, unlike most citrus fruits that have bitter skins. Kumquats are highly acidic or bright tasting and contain seeds. Handle kumquat seeds as you grape seeds.
