Enes not sure you will remember but I was the guy that commented on that one video saying Graham mentioned you and he was super excited about your channel. Glad to see you guys collab
I have gotten my answer here.I just ask Enes about what was his favorite home so far on the $65 million video posted 2 Mondays and I never got an answer. Thanks for the answer.
I appreciate Enes' honesty with the magnitude of owning one of those mega mansions. I mean, there is only so much marble and toilets you can have in a home, and his emphasis on it being a liability is spot on. When I watch his videos I appreciate the architecture and all of the hard work the builders and developers have put in, but I get anxiety attacks dissecting every security weak point in the back of my mind. I feel like I would be a walking target in my own house. I would take the humble and unassuming abode with a nice view any day of the week over these Goliaths.
I am thinking the same thing. Even if I had the budget to buy one of those properties, I wouldn't do that due to the liabilities and the maintenance that come after, unless if it's only for investing purposes. Everything comes with a sacrifice, and I don't think the sacrifices we make to own such a mega mansion are worth the benefits, unless again, if it is only for investing purposes.
Maybe one day, Enes can begin doing smaller, more practical house tours (still luxury) with amazing views that everyone would want to live in! I would really enjoy that
Current calculated yearly salary of Year2 on the podcast: $68,094.40. If the podcast was someone working a 40 hour week every week it would be making $32.74 per hour. That also translates to $7.77 of passive income every hour! Keep in mind that these first couple episodes are going to be very volatile for the calculated salary.
Enes’ story about how he moved to LA is one of the most amazing and inspirational I’ve heard. That mixture of grit, self confidence and serendipity in that sequence is the magic and allure of LA that I feel in love with on my trip there in 2019. I’m 39 with no qualifications so the usual forms of immigration from Australia for me are out. But I’m entering the greencard lottery this year and really want to move to LA and live somewhere where ambition is embraced and not stifled. Amazing episode Graham!!!
Hands down, the most inspirational guest you've had yet. I really am amazed at all his accomplishments in life at such a young age. I am going to use this advice!
Great interview! I like how you really listen to your guests and respond with enthusiasm. Your interviews flow really well because you can tell you are enjoying the discussion and truly living in the moment instead of ignoring the guest by just thinking about your next question.
He is the best, he never misses any details. There's no other channel like his, everyone just glosses over the homes and leaves people wondering what is behind a door that was ignored or passed by... Not Enes. Best of the best. Now I just have to find a few billions so that I can buy a house from him.
I love your name Enes! You did the right thing using your name for the channel. That's how I search your videos. I am one of those 26% Americans that support you and your channel👍🏾
I appreciate his perspective of not wanting to live in a megamansion. While many of the properties are still unattainable, I love seeing ones under 5 million because they still have a homey feel
For sure. My house is a townhouse with 1920sq ft and i paid 240k usd. Im single without any roomates and its 3 bed 4 bathroom. I have a bedroom with its ensuite and walk in closet that i dont use and dont go into. Those 20 million places feel like a waste of space.
It’s as much about Enes’ charisma as it is about the homes themselves. He points out details that actually matter so that you can imagine yourself living there. He’s just… special. He’s enthusiastic and down to earth, and has great chemistry with Mike. I’d love to meet them some day.
What a great interview! Great questions (it feels like I interviewed Enes myself) and Enes seems very open and honest because he personally knows the interviewer. Overall, very, very nice job you guys did
NOW... I don't normally watch Podcasts - saying that I don't normally watch home touring videos.... That being said I stumbled across Enes' videos a couple of years back and loved what I heard and saw. So glad he (and Mikey) appear to be doing well... Hope the success goes to the stratosphere !!
Oh my God I can't believe this, Enes and Graham together holy moly 😍 The episode of the GOATS 🙌 The two people that I love the most and they both have changed my life I hope to meet both of you hopefully one day you guys are legends 🙌
One of two house bloggers I watch. Some homes I would live and others you couldn't pay me to live in and every comment is answered by Enes personally. That is the sign of a great realtor, one who understands both your needs and wants in purchasing something of that magnitude.
I never thought I would be, one day , a fan of realtor! nice job bro!. The video tempos(the talk, camera running all over) are professional. The tours are amazing. You don' t only sit in the front of the camera. You also give the viewers the chance to see the view of the mansion(s) without u standing in front... Gule Gule! and greetings from Congo RDC
W.o.w. Thank u, so much for allowing us the background on ur rise, been watching u Enes & “listening to Mikey”. From Canada, giving ur customers ur best every time & staying humble. Congrats
What a great podcast ! Really interesting to get the insight into how Enes established his knowledge and career. One of the reasons why people watch his channel other than the great homes is his humble attitude and good looks
Wow this interview moved me to tears😢 it's really amazing how things literally line up for you when you believe and put the work in. I loved and respected Enes and Mikey before this interview..but after this it's 100x that and gosh I am soooo inspired!!!! Thanks Graham..
Great podcast episode, one of the best yet. There is so much going on here, from Enes being a student of Graham and his story from immigrating here from Turkey to doing sports to real estate is very inspiring. Even the information about Enes' UA-cam stats is so fascinating, develop evergreen videos and the diversity of from non American audience. Overall, definitely one episode I'd watch again. And even subscribe to Enes channels, I haven't heard about his channel before!!!
Most viewers watch Enes and Mikey for them mostly, we have a nice community. They give a quality perspective with a very personal touch, we like THEM and also enjoy the houses. Enes and Mikey are the features IMO. Love from Denmark!
I don't know how common it is in the UA-cam world: I'm only two videos short of watching (and liking) ALL the content on Enes and Mikey's two channels. I've never bothered to watch everything on anybody's channel but their videos are worth it. I've watched: all the house tours, the day in a life of a real estate agent, the Home Depot videos, and even the vintage windsurfing videos! If I can't watch a video in one setting, I bookmark and always come back later. Got two interviews left. I'm gonna try to watch them before the 1M subscribers mark.
Enes work ethic sounds crazy! I'm exhausted just hearing the things he has done 😂 also, it's such a waste that most of these mega mansions remain unutilised.
I wish i was or knew a film director to shot a movie about Enes journey, the guy came from another country, was a respected WORLD CHAMPION athlete, quit, start a construction business, quit again became a real estate agent, QUIT AGAIN and start a You Tube channel, and the best part is that he was/is THE BEST in everything he did
My answer to the question as to why Enes channel is such a success, it’s because he has an excellent charismatic style and personality! Furthermore, he has the best support team lead by Mikey... the man!
I have been Enes subscriber for about 3 yrs now, I really enjoy the way he describes the homes his voice and Mikey are very helpful to lowering my high anxiety. Graham Thankyou for this interview 😊
If a channel with less than 500,000 subscribers has already made 60,000 dollars imagine how much money Enes has made with his more than 3 million subscribers !! Incredible.

Amazing story for this guy and so much to learn from him (Enes) I 've kind of guessed he is from Turkey and knew he flipped homes but not to this extent. I love his UA-cam channel videos and eye catching details.
I love the great work and energy you guys have! I would love to see a little more time spent picking 'Graham Pictures' for thumbnails. Same Pink Shirt Pointing Back picture used 3 times in a week 😄😅

Thanks for having me and Mikey on the podcast, look forward to seeing you guys soon!
Thanks for coming!

Man, this really made me like Enes so much more. His work ethic is unbelievable. So inspiring to hear about his journey and story in this episode.
