@@tommynewell Do you find your tattoos interfere with any of the sensors functions? Ie. HR, HRV, etc?
Any recommendations for someone who has a long history of pulling a certain back muscle?
I’ve just recently started hybrid training and absolutely love including the running & cycling but recently pulled my back shortly after a run.

The ego thing could also be used to describe thin and lightweight tyres in cycling. Go thick. Go heavy like fitness bike heavy. Go wide 28mm min, 30+ if they fit (40s are trainable). Not worth it changing them all the time for that small amount of gain on training rides. One puncher is too many. One blow out down hill on the front can be a disaster. One thin inch opening in the road they didn't fill where your tyres go in parallel. Got thrown off like that, straight into banked up traffic waiting at the lights and snapped my forks clean. Imo the industry needs to clean up its act and become safer. Fancy bike shops and group rides are a big culprit.
Noted mate, may change them to 28s or 30s in the future.
