I feel you! People online make it seem so easy, I just steaked up 3 micans and pothos this week and it was so challenging!! They get so tangled like wires!
Try searching in the dollar store in spring, they are very seasonal so you have to keep checking back once they start putting out the gardening stuff. I’ve seen very similar bamboo trellises in different heights, approximately $2 per trellis!

This video came out at the right time, I have a devils ivy needing to be re potted and staked. Your plant looks great and will look good when it fills out and takes over the stake. Great video and such a great repot. Have a good one.

I made mine using chopsticks from food delivery 😂 I didn’t drill a hole, but using jute ropes to tie them together, and for plants like philodendrons and pothos, I think that’s stable enough😁
I sometimes use chopsticks too for my orchids 😅 haven’t tried to tie them together tho! Hey if it works, it works

WoW !!!! You Read my Mind. that's Exactly What I've been trying to do with my Philo Micas too. I found out that This kind of Philodendrons are much better Grateful and a Survivor than the Other Kind of Pothos ...and now you gave me and An Idea .
Lowes sells a 3 pack of trellises like this! I think they're a little less wide and only like $7-$10
After they plant adjusts to the light it should look great 😊

Could you do a diy trellis? Or a video talking about staking plants and different stuff you can use... Also what do you do when the plant outgrows it? Do you just keep trimming it? 🤔
Yes I can! When the plant outgrows it you can keep trimming for more plant babies or guide it back down them up again. I think I’ll trim tho
Lowe’s has some better gro ones in orchid section that are a little smaller but similar and you get 2 for $5!
Hey Erika I think it actually turned out pretty nice and should do just fine I’m actually thinking about staking my micans on a moss pole but I would love to see an update on this to see how it goes for you.

Erika! I repotted all my plants today to better soil but my tineke suffered too much and it no longer has roots ☹️☹️☹️ how can I save it? So I just cut it and propagate? Or just stick it in the better soil and hope roots grow??
I would cut it to propagate in sphagnum moss 💚
