This was the most electric I’ve seen Busch this season
I’m gonna have to agree with you! There were like 10 people with me in Big Mac land and it felt like the playoffs when he smashed it! Incredible! the stadium got SO LOUD!
Nah the play at homeplate with burly was pretty electric
@@TheRealJuanWick_ I noticed the exact same thing. That play at the plate was probably the loudest I’ve heard Busch since 2014-2015. Cardinal fans have been somber (relatively speaking) since then.
I was there. Felt like a mini earthquake
More like most electric its been in 2 years
White Sox fan here. Loved watching Tommy Pham play this year. Kudos to the Cardinals for the fantastic pickup.
If you get a ticket to the 121 st loss ?
Good to hear from a WSox fan. Tommy can add a lot to a team. Thank you!
What an electric moment. First AB back in Busch, and he hits a grand slam! Truly stuff you'll never forget.
Awesoooome! I love how everyone was standing on their feet already as he was getting up! What a cool experience for him to hit a grand slam!
It's the challenged bot.
Padres fan here - always loved Tommy Pham and so happy for his success and the Cards fans giving him their love! Go Pham, go Cards!
Good to have ya back buddy.
PHAMILY
Gotta say, I’m a big fan of all the Cardinals Legacy Signings/Trades they’ve made (Pujols, Lynn, Carpenter, Pham, etc.)! Even if they’re not perfect, it’s still fun to see.
Baseball moments are legendary sometimes 😢😊
Welcome back Tommy!!
Don't know how many times I watched that!!!! Wow!!!
This was one of those raw moments for this season... probably best moment so far! not to take away from the other good players... but glad to see Tommy Plam back!
Nice call from Chip. Love it!! Lets go Cards!!
The Great Phambino is back baybay!
One of the best, possibly the best moments of the season.
Nothing more cinematic this season than this very moment!
Pham-tastic! Welcome home fella we miss u!
As native Saint Louisan, what a amazing game from Tommy Pham! Welcome back to the Lou. We always embrace all our players that play and played for the Red Bird! Let's Go Cards!
This was a great moment, I always love when the fans stand for stuff like this, the only thing I’m trying to figure out is why did Tyler O’Neal and Matt Carpender not get the same type of welcome home this year? I’m not trying to me mean and I know that they got applause too but it was way shorter then what Cardinals fans usually give their former players.
When Carpenter was on the Yankees, whenever it was for him at bat, he got standing ovations same as O Neill.
Oh I knew that, I just thought they would still stand when he got back on the team, similar to what they did with Albert Pujols.
@AwesomeGamer-ib8vy That's true. In Albert's case, he didn't come back after about 10 years. Cardinals played the Angels but it was a away game.
I agree. I just felt like Tommy Pham wasn’t gone for super long too. I know 2018 was 6 years ago but it doesn’t feel like a super long time ago. To me at least.
I told my girlfriend when I heard it was Pham in the Fedde deal that ge would come in hot. I bet her he would hit a homerun first time up, had no idea it would be a grandslam, phamtastic!!!
Awesome stuff man congrats to you and your girl!
First game of the season I've been able to go to, and couldn't have asked for a better game
Pham gifts the Cardinals fans with a grand slam.
Cardinals devil magic might be back!
We have been waiting for you, Tommy! God bless you, brother! Bruce Breegle
That went through my head as the ball passed over the wall. Bring it on home baby.
The only thing that would've made this a better moment is a "get up, baby, get up" from Mike Shannon.
Hoooly Cow! Was pretty good too!
0:37 the guy with crazy eyes😅
0:38 **
Yikes! 😂
This brought back vibes from 2022 when Albert came back and started tearing it towards the end of the year
That was Grand Phamtastic 😀💪🏻
Fantastic
Pham Bam!!!
I think Pham's grand slam home run was a way of saying he was back.
HE'S BACK!!!!
THIS IS INSANE
once a Cardinal always a Cardinal
We back Tommy Pham.
I guess that I have not been watching baseball as I have never heard of Tommy Pham. Looked him up after this, 10 years and a 260 BA
This was SO awesome to witness at the game!!! So glad I went!
I love baseball.
happy for Tommy man
Passed up the opportunity for this to be a Grand Pham, but Pham-ily reunion is fine too
YEAH BABY LET'S GO CARDINALS
The Cardinals got that dawg in them again!! Let’s gooo!
That is Cardinal baseball at Busch. Wow.
Pham... welcome home
Good job
He is now with the Royals.
Outstanding. Trading away 29 years old for 36...
I had a feeling that Tommy Pham would go back to the STL Cardinals. I think he’ll be a solid help for the Cardinals in 2024.
remember when he stole second on Yadi, then stole second and took it into the visitor's clubhouse? can't remember his team, there's been so many 😄
That was kolten Wong on the brewers
I wonder if there will be as much hype when he strikes out with the bases loaded…..lol
I was there it was amazing
Theres gotta be a delay for people.who deserve curtain calls amd definetly Tommy Pham is well deserving of one.
best Pham in baseball!
Pause at 0:38
The fact the White Sox gave Fedde and Pham to the Cardinals for literally nothing in return will forever baffle me
I was thinking that also! but too late, they can't have them back!
The power of MO
Because the White Sox are a 🤡 organization
Oh yes
Someone once told me, "God doesn't care about baseball." Perhaps, but He cares deeply for all who play and enjoy it. I must tell a story that will lift praise to God from all who know Him. My brother is in hospice care, having exhausted all cancer treatments. He wanted to take his four grandsons to a game to create a memory. This was the game that they attended. Could a better memory have possibly been granted? I think not. Please, no hurtful comments if you differ.
Always liked tommy unfortunately he was stuck in the minors for awhile , got a late start in the bigs.
Solid player.
Underrated..
He will help the birds but this team isn't built for deep post season success.
They probably won't even make the playoffs.😂❤😂❤❤
Welcome home
That poor baseball 😢
Sad to see edman go but we got better players now!
Like ones that actually play
@@joeschmuckatelli3198 lol ye...
Balin could have struck him out
I'm glad Pham is off the Sox. He might be a diva but he plays ball.
...Then all the Redbirds loved him, and they shouted out with glee...
🔥
wam bam pham slam gawwwdayum
Go cards
Do they have 2011 run in them. Come August there never out of it most years.
Pham said “Don’t worry Cardinals fans, I’m sick of losing too.”
How can you not be romantic about baseball?
All they had to do is get him in the lineup and everything would have been fine.
Giovanny Gallegos might be picked up via DFA by another team.
Announcer said Pham was the first Cardinal to be traded away and reaquired since Ken Hill in 1995. Um...how about a guy named Albert Pujols?!
He technically wasn’t traded he was a free agent
Albert left for the Angles. Thankfully, we didn't have to endure mediocre Albert for more than a season.
He wasn’t traded he was a free agent
a real crowd pleaser, just like Dalton Varsho in Toronto,,,,umm maybe no
Ummm, Albert Pujols
So, I don’t pay much attention to baseball, I mean I watch the cardinals games, but outside of that I don’t really know much about baseball, was that Joe buck commentating? If so he needs to stay in baseball lol.
Jojo Romero hasn't been thrown recently, but is he in the minor league?Or is it a bullpen these days?
he is still up just had a bit of a rough july. They haven’t been playing him as much. Kitteredge, king and fernandez been rotating the middle of the bp
@@petermarsh6050
Has he been a bullpen all today's match?
@@Sabas916 in*
@@Sabas916 I bet he’ll close out the season
Too little, too late. Means nothing when they finish the season winning 84 games.
When will Giovanny Gallegos be traded? It seems that there is a high possibility that it will be traded to the Dodgers.
The trade deadline is over. Gio was DFA'd, but nobody picked him up. He will likely be be released to free agency.
@@smyleg3586
There was talk of transferring to the Dodgers, but what happened?
I have not seen Gio connected to any team previous to the trade deadline. If he's released, the Cardinals eat the rest of his existing contract, so other teams may have a chance to pick him up at a discount.
