Toyota Hiace Van Fit out. Part 3 Drawer Install into Van and all the hiccups along the way.

A run through on the installation of two main drawers for a 2022 Toyota Hiace Van fit out. Good for Tradesman or Campervan. I also go through what I have learnt so far. More parts to come with another drawer to be built and other items to set up for a large number of tools and boxes.

Looks mint. No trailer or van build for tools never ends like you want it to, you'll end up re doing it at some stage.

Amazing job m8, just wondering how much weight can you put in the base on top of the drawers?

Not really sure on specifics mate sorry. But to give you an idea I have had it loaded up with Sleepers, Bags of concrete/sand. No issues yet. Keep you posted when it fails :)

What type of draw runners did you use ??

Red Cat mate. Think they were the 1500mm ones. Still going ok. Just need to keep lubed up every now and then.
