You're not the only one! I've been trying to run this game on my 4080 with RT turned on, but it won't work. Every 30 minutes, my textures die out when RT is enabled. This is such bs because I can run cyberpunk with pathtracing just fine. From what I've seen, there is a memory leak problem in this game when it comes to RT and PT. All of my GPU's memory gets maxed out, then my 32GB Ram gets maxed out, and eventually, I end up with 40GBs reserved in page files. I've been trying to play this game with RT turned on, since it launched. It just won't let me play for more than 30 minutes.
If you found a fix, let me know. I have the same effect in literally every game... I am not sure if it's a single developer or it is the industry going crazy.
Imagine being so salty as to say no more Remedy titles for me over a buggy reflection lol. It is literally the equivalent of I didn't like the physics of GTA 5 so no more Rockstar titles for me. Besides, this is either a driver bug or some other issue, other videos show better results than this. And do you mind describing wtf are we supposed to be looking at in the video next time ?
What to look for? Others dont have problem seeing the issue. Its NEXT game from remedy with broken RT/non RT effects. Control was first. There is mass grain/noise over police lights with RT transparency turned off, which should not take place. Broken reflections are not enough reason to skip titles from this studio..... if they would make mistake once, and path it - OK, if they made mistake second time and still dont patched it, i dont want to make mistake and buy their title for 3rd time. I'm not as forgiving as you, and require some quality from the product. PS this isnt single reflection, this is just example of broken transparency, it other video i'm showing reflections. Do you think reflections/transparency appear only in this place in whole game?
