Dearest Yvonne, I'm under treatment for a bad depression, I've been struggling against two cancers, I had economical problems, I didn't want to live any further and I badly suffer from fibromyalgia. But now I know that I must thank God for every minute of my life: there are so many things to be happy for and very few reasons to be sad or worried. Yvonne. I too suffer from anxiety. I believe it is difficult for others to fully understand if they have not experienced anxiety themselves personally. What we experience is mostly internal, without any physical manifestation. "You look fine", Ive heard on more than one occasion. Im not angry with them, mostly envious because they've not had the experience. Its difficult for loved ones that support us too, because they feel a bit helpless in what to do. I have suffered with anxiety over 30 years, and have taken variety of different medications over that time period. What I do know, however, is that it eventually passes. Its getting through the bad stuff just plain sucks! 😅 You are not alone, there is a tribe of us warriors! Take care my dear.

Your home is beautiful. It helps to remember to enjoy the small things and take it day by day. You have a lovely family, and have raised a son who seems to find joy in helping others and the community and that itself is something to be proud of. My mother told me a quote long ago that helps me a lot. When everything seems lost or anxiety seems overwhelming, look for the ‘helpers’. You will always find them every day all over the world doing something for others, selflessly and without personal gain. As long as we have these helpers in our society hope is never lost. He is a revelation. secondly, Ben, I discovered your channel three days ago on you tube, and it,s all i,ve been watching since. Love the transformations, but especially like the videos when you use the pressure washer. the job it does is superb. I have a medium sized garden, and only use hand tools. I don,t have any powered tools. (but i don,t need them). It,s very basic but I try to keep it tidy. I am 71 years old(or young) and really enjoy all the hard work involved. Keep up the good work. And keep producing those videos. You are a good man.

Your home is beautiful. It helps to remember to enjoy the small things and take it day by day. You have a lovely family, and have raised a son who seems to find joy in helping others and the community and that itself is something to be proud of. My mother told me a quote long ago that helps me a lot. When everything seems lost or anxiety seems overwhelming, look for the ‘helpers’. You will always find them every day all over the world doing something for others, selflessly and without personal gain. As long as we have these helpers in our society hope is never lost. It’s hard to know why it comes upon some people, we have to find our own way to deal with it as we are each different. I pray yours is better (as I know it’s been a year since this video. I’ve recently found Ben and I am watching all his older videos) now and will continue to improve. I pray you have good doctors who understand. Yvonne, hang in there! OK. first of all, to Ben,s mum. bless you. Anxiety is often misunderstood. you should be and probably are so proud of Ben. He is a revelation. secondly, Ben, I discovered your channel three days ago on you tube, and it,s all i,ve been watching since. Love the transformations, but especially like the videos when you use the pressure washer. the job it does is superb. I have a medium sized garden, and only use hand tools. I don,t have any powered tools. (but i don,t need them). It,s very basic but I try to keep it tidy. I am 71 years old(or young) and really enjoy all the hard work involved. Keep up the good work. And keep producing those videos. You are a good man.
