- OHHHH BOY! We Volunteered to clean this playground little did we know it would be 2 days of not stop graft! I hope our intro and humour throughout the video, I hope you enjoy the little cameo appearance my son makes! And most of all Thank you for watching! You have been a part of this community clean, where we have been able to transform the community from simple you watching! This is part 6 of transforming our local community for free, we have a playlist for the other 5 cleans!
So sit back, enjoy us tackling overgrown bushes with our cordless tools, and then pressure washing 460sqm of wet pour! It wasn't easy but the results are so worth it and now the kids have a nice safe and bright environment to play in!

Hi Ben/Dad. Great vid. As usual. Have you considered buying a chipper? All that brash takes up a lot of space. Could be greatly reduced with the right machine especially now you're doing so much garden maintenance.
Sounds like a good idea, I don’t know what chipper I would get. Limited on space at this property

My Dad is 77 this year, and if he stopped he'd be lost. Worked construction all his life up until he turned 68. He still maintains his acres of wide land, I seriously don't know how he does it 😅

I don't know how you do it but, I can't believe I enjoy sitting through 25 minutes of watching someone clean and power wash. My friends think I need to get out more often. It amazes me to see beautiful playgrounds that are built with no plan for follow up maintenance. Bless you and your father for taking on these projects and making play areas look clean and brand new.
I had the same thought. I'm not familiar with that type of safety surface, but clearly it needs professional care or it gets really dirty! So much money spent on a lovely play area only to have it become unused
I presume the council should be doing it? Unless it was funded by a separate community group?

I wouldn't have wanted to go there by myself let alone with kiddies. It was creepy looking I would love to go there now it is so bright and welcoming. A really hard job especially all that tarmac but you succeeded. Well done both !
As women we automatically scan areas to decide if it is safe for us to be there alone. Sad but true. I was driving alone one afternoon and decided to pull in to a place where I could take a short walk and view some petroglyphs which if you don’t know are ancient rock carvings. As I parked and got out a small car pulled in with one male driver. I immediately felt uncomfortable and got right back in my car and left. I still haven’t seen the petroglyphs but better safe than sorry.
