WE SHOCKED THE RESIDENTS! As We Started WITHOUT Their Permission..

- We saw an alley in a right old state so we decided we would clear it! Brambles were spreading through the fences and causing damage.. as we started to clear the area we met the residents of the houses. Who were very grateful and explained to us that it was council land, so we went a step further and decided to replace the broken panels for them. I hope we can inspire others to look out for others.. you'll be surprised how far Kindness can ripple!

Well well well! This was so last minute and got to meet some lovely people, it was a pleasure to help them! If you could do me a a solid a leave a comment it means a lot.
Whats coming up.. well will have a video next week, then a livestream.. then the following week we should be kicking off Helping Barbara series. So stay tuned!
First live stream I missed in ages, thank you as always to you and Paul.
Beautiful job Ben! You and Dad made that alley usable again. You've helped everyone on the block 👍
I laughed right along with Theo and Arthur as you chased them along! How fun 😊 Easter Blessings to you all!
❤ you guys are a great team ❤ Happy Easter to all!
You put us all to.shame. yes it's the council job to keep that tidy, but what about the allotment people. 😊 they could step in as well. Kevin and Paul you two are absolute heroes. And, your two boys are adorable. Have a great weekend..🎉
Beautiful guys! So nice to see sweet, appreciative neighbors. 💚💚💚
You should be awarded for your service to the community
Paul has a great sense of humor. You both do.
I live in the USA, and I've not run into such nice, sweet people that you do on a regular basis. The people there seem absolutely sweet, cordial, giving, empathetic, and kind!! It is so beautiful, the things you do for others!! You 2 always go the extra mile and are truly appreciated!! Thanks for posting and for doing so much for the human race!!! ❤️
I agree! Watching from Denver Colorado USA
Absolutely. Love watching. Fills me with happiness. Adelaide Australia.
Us Brits are (mostly) a lovely lot. We love helping each other and as for giving to charity ..,……❤
I first saw these video’s from the Guys in usa. There are several teams doing it for years allready
Fences in sections makes such sense
As soon as I saw it, I knew we could go grab some new ones for them!
The little hand with tea through the fence was adorable
Toni was so sweet, them biscuits came as a sweet surprise too!
@@FlawlessCleaningServices That is just lovely. How sweet of her! 😄
Put a smile on my face. What a lovely lady.
Nice to see your Dad back. Very nice cleanup on the alleyway. Looked like fun with the boys and wife. Take care, enjoy, they grow quickly! ♥️♥️👍👍
So funny to see.
From the US here, I was so tickled by how sweet the woman was, and how generous with tea and sandwiches to show her appreciation. She warmed my heart!
Stranded practice here in the UK, sort your work men out, cuppa tea and a bacon butties, keep's the workers happy..😅
Yes, that's the norm 😊
@@juliemcleod1119same in Australia 👍
@@juliemcleod1119 I live in California and my husband had to call a tree company to trim our four very tall California pine trees. They were getting too heavy and they don’t drop pine needles like regular trees do, so the tall pine trees need to be taken care of twice a year. A team of five men came to our home a few days later and were here for about four hours. I made coffee and hot chocolate and gave them each a cup of whatever they liked and I have patio furniture so I put out a plate of Biscoff’s, chocolate chip cookies and sweet Mexican bread. Since it was a really cold day they had to work and long hours, I wanted to show them how grateful we were. The last tree trimmer guy, not sure his real title lol.. He was cool and knowledgeable about all kinds of trees, I gave him, soda drinks and cold water and I offered some food I had cooked but they had brought their own lunch. Unfortunately, he had to take time off because he was very ill. I grew up with my grandparents and my parents always offering coffee or tea, hot or iced, and sandwiches too. Even my husbands job, he meets a lot of people from his job at their homes for home improvement fixes, and real estate consultation for mostly new clients and they always give him food, boxes of fruit, even bottles of wine and champagne! I love the fact that there’s very thoughtful people all around.
@juliemcleod1119 same in Germany
My God, the land is overgrown!! You and your father did an excellent job (by the way, tell your dad we miss him). The lady who lives next door is very friendly. Hugs to everyone and see you next time video🤗🤩❤
Thank you, I will
its stunning. and I just loved the kindness of the little lady. goes to show when you do a kind deed it spreads. loved the video
These two gentlemen should be given Citizens of the Year award 🏆 🎉❤
Agree☺️
A Knighthood from King Charles?
I think I say this every time - I hope someone nominates you both for a citizens award. You both deserve it
I am in Oklahoma, USA, and I ❤ watching your good works, especially so with the elderly disabled homeowners. When I was younger and more energetic, I carried trimming tools in the trunk of the car. Many times I just took time to help someone, sometimes a stranger, often a friend. It might be trimming a few branches or cutting back bushes to clear the sidewalk. 🎉🎉 O happy days, to see their joy. What was a little for me was a lot for them. So, I delight in your youthful energy, as well as Dad's. Your gifts are priceless, and counted in the heavenly realm. ❤❤❤
We had the same situation, there is a piece of land at the back of our property just like that, all overgrown and we had to fight the council for over two years as they weren't taking responsibility for it. but once we realized that the boundary fence was attached to the deeds and presented them with it to prove it was their land, they got someone to clear the land and replace all the fencing. A lot of back and forth and we all came together as a neighborhood, and now they come out twice a year to keep it clear
Look after it for 15 years and claim it lol
Absolutely priceless how that little hand came through the fence with tea and biscuits 👌 😍
What a sweet woman! Loved it when she handed you the tea and bisquits under the fence. 😃 So nice of you two to replace the fencing! I'm sure half way through the job, Paul was wishing he was back on the beach. 😎
Every time I watch your videos, I marvel at what a truly wonderful human being you are and then I see your dad and realise that the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree!! Your children are absolutely blessed to have such selfless, considerate and such amazing role models in their life…there’s hope for the future yet!! Keep doing you….its great being on this journey with you all. Xxx
If everyone got involved in their Community like you & your Dad Paul, we would all be in a better place. Cheers for both your Efforts
You are a flipping hero mate. You’re single handedly (well you and your dad) doing the council’s job. Cleaning up public spaces, parks, the vulnerable who are overwhelmed- I absolutely love you and I think you should be in charge of sorting the rest of the country out in the same way. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
So the alley is the council’s responsibility but yet they’ve done nothing to keep it under control and now her fences are ruined because of the invasive nature of the brambles… but if someone ELSE has a responsibility not done, the council’s up their arse to get it done. Sad state of affairs. It’s the same double standard here… city can do no wrong but residents get fined for the stupidest things.
It's a bloody shame!
It's the same here where I live in Canada...totally disgusting as far as I'm concerned...🇨🇦
Invoice should be sent to Council.
The brambles would have been a deterrent to burglars getting over the back fences!!
Usually you have to go to the media to get them to do their job.
I love it when the neighbors come out with tea and biscuits ❤ I am a London Brit living in the US and this makes me homesick for British kindness. You and your dad are “right up my alley”😂
We’re kind in America, too. I’m sorry you don’t get that or see it happening but it really does. We’re very grateful and thankful. Unfortunately, people from other countries don’t think we are but we are. The news media and social media and lies are told by people who’s never lived in the U.S., that we’re rude and we’re not. But what’s also unfortunate, is that we’re told the European people are unfriendly. That’s not true either.
I am an American living in mid Atlantic region and there is so much neighborly kindness. We had city workers redoing our street for 3 weeks. On at least 6 occasions I walked out homemade muffins, cookies, cold drinks, and leftover candy and fruit just as a spontaneous thanks! I give but I have also rcvd many kindnesses here in USA. Maybe you can be the spark to ignite kindness in your neighborhood?
The council failed this lady misserebly glad you guys could help her she must be so relived to not have that stress on her
People like you make me so proud to be British...and what a fantastic lady...
Free Tea is the Best Tea !!!
You feel appreciated too 😊
How sweet of you to help this kind lady with her ruined fences and making the alley useable again. You and your dad are a blessing to the world.
Love watching you and your dad. Glad you are keeping your dad busy so he keeps out of trouble. 😂 Always love watching the boys at the end❤️
Always appreciate the kind words! Can’t believe how far we have come
It was good to see your dad again. And another excellent job. My goodness, that lady who gave you tea, biscuits and sandwiches is an angel.
Beautiful....that was a sweet lady ❤
Toni was amazing!😊
Flawless Cleaning is a truly outstanding service. Ben and Paul it is enjoyable to watch how well and positively you work together on every job. The way you touch the lives of others in such a respectful manner and improve their life is incredible. Thank you for the men that you are. Two men who, with honesty, honr and integrity lead by example. It warms the heart seeing you spend quality time with your sons. They will hold on to these memories for all of their lives. God Bless all of you.
This fence with replacement sections. How oblivious have I been? I have never seen this style before but, it makes so much sense.
Was a nice and simple fix, the shope was around the corner too!
@@missprimproper1022 , I've never seen that type of fence in the USA!!!
@@dsmith9796 maybe you can start a trend, even a business 😅 They do half height versions too, for the places that have rules about front yard fencing being less than 6 ft
Right? I've never seen fencing like that either.

Watching from the USA.
You and your father did a Wonderful job as Always❤️🙏
Showing brambles no mercy while hopped up on cuppas and snacks. Lovely work, gentlemen!
Wow what a job. Thanks for changing the fences so amazed how they popped just right in. So nice of the lady to feed you.
Ben, you should really be very proud of yourself. Every job you do is done to perfection, even raking, blowing away leaves and sweeping away dirt. On top of it all when the day is done and you're "knackered" you still have to go and empty all those bags. Bravo to your dad too!! It's rare these days to see people so meticulous and committed to their jobs. God bless you ❤ Much love from South Africa
What a difference. Toni was a doll. She took care of both of you! Thanks for all you do!!!!
Your dad's so cheerful lol good transformation people are good at the heart of it
Always 110% from him 😂
This is what we need to be doing. Taking back responsibility and pride in our communities instead of expecting (and waiting) for the local government to do it. The power is in our hands.
Agree, but we shouldn’t be paying council rates then
@@babymammoth6254 My Council tax bill equates to 106 hours pay, maybe I should do 106 hrs of work in the community to offset my bill. Nah, the Council wouldnt accept that, they are happy to take the cash, but refuse to provide the services the community pay for.
Absolutely! We have community volunteers who "adopt" areas and routinely go and pick up trash. Bag what can be bagged and put it all at the side of the road for garbage pick up.
The council I live in will provide gloves, bags, pickers and take the rubbish away for community litter picks
People are too lazy
You put the councils to shame.
The councils do that to themselves! They should pay Ben for all his hard work!
You truly are amazing! If only there were more people in this world like you……❤
Very kind of Teresa!
Most people just make excuses why they can’t be the ones to do it.
Lots of people on this thread say the same thing as you but they too think it should be someone else.
The council won’t bother with things like this because they know there’s good hearted people like you and your dad ❤
Amazing, as always... new fence panels too... you go the distance, you two. Welcome back, Paul. Have a lovely Easter with the family 🐰🍫
Love it RJ! Thank you as always, thought we would change them as we have now removed the bramble deterrent
Your dad is a man of few words! But he still manages to say a lot! Good job you two!
Nice to see your Dad back with you on the job.
Glad to have him back and grafting! And adding his silly humour, thanks for watching
Massive thanks to the lovely lady who gave you the tea and sandwiches. That was most kind of her.
Glad to see your dad back from holiday. He always adds an exciting element to the videos. Great work like always.
You two are prime examples of living the Golden Rule. Imagine what this world would be like if everyone did so! Press is to be commended as well for providing you those wonderful heavy-duty tools to enable you to continue bless those in need. Have a wonderful Easter!
That should be Kress, not Press!! Sorry, my bad, lol!
@@NancySchmidt-r4l , if you click on the three vertical dots to the right you can edit your comment!! Happy Easter!
Looks like your actually making a difference to the world around you.
Good on ya mate.
Trying our best to giveback with the channel 😊
Excellent cleanup! I cannot believe the state of that alleyway. You can certainly tell that nobody maintains it. My first thought was, if someone had to leave that way in case of emergency, there is no way they could get out. You and Paul made short work of that mess. Love the mulching blade, it’s amazing. Loved that sweet lady who took such good care of you. And, thank you so much for replacing those panels! That was awesome! ❤️
What a team, 🎉brilliant 👏 and to get bacon butties and tea, well deserved, dad's tan is looking good 👍
Was so unexpected and a lovely surprise! He’s always tanned bless him
Amazing how some Garden clearing people help elderly people. Well done 💯👏👏
Full respect to that beautiful lady
You and your dad have the biggest kindest caring heart.
We need more people like you and your dad.. Thank you for all you do.
You two are unbelievable. What a fantastic job.
Well done Ben and Paul, plus right tools for the work needed. Council shirking their responsibilities and for work that wouldn't cost them that much, bit of manpower.
Great job Ben and Paul! I had a dream last night that the Flawless Cleaning van rolled up to my house and I told Paul that I better not catch him 'waffling' while Ben was busy 'cracking!?' LOL : ) : )
God bless you Ben for helping these residents. Please make sure you take care of yourself.
😂So happy your father is back!!! Wonderful job as always!
Double trouble! Lol
No, no, no! He is the life of the party😅❤ You are lucky to have such a nice family!
The Lady is so kind and polite!!! A wonderful human being!!! ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
Much love for her... ❤❤❤
Thanks!
Thank you so much
Fabulous! If only the allotment people KNEW 😆 Brambles on an allotment are the WORST, they'll be soooo glad
What a doll for getting you some tea and bikkies!!
Outstanding job❤❤❤❤❤
Happy Easter Ben and family. Hope the little's get lots of chocolate rabbits and Easter eggs !!
One of the things I love about this show is the support(tea, sandwiches, sweets) that neighbors give to the Flawless team . You don't see that here in the U.S. as much anymore. When I was a child the neighbors were almost second parents. I can't speak for the entire country but I'll admit I miss that sense of community.
Once again Ben and Paul, phenomenal hard working, making our world better place to live. Residents must be gobsmacked xx Happy Easter to the boys ...
Just unbelievable the work you do and take that extra step to give these people a cleaner and neater environment - wonderful - thank you for sharing - from Australia.
That council should be ashamed of themselves!
It would be awkward for them if we stopped paying council tax because of their lack of doing what they are paid to do by us.
That would require them having the innate capability to feel shame at all.
Great job! Love that you replaced the broken panels! Bless you, and your family!❤❤❤❤
There's my top up of smiles and good feeling for the weekend.
As a former landscaper I appreciate the graft you put in ❤
Appreciate that Charlie! Hope you had a great weekend
What a shameful set of affairs! The local council should be named and shamed. Well done Ben and Dad, brought a smile back to my face after the funeral yesterday of a beloved family member 😢 Keep up the good work! 🇬🇧
I agree , send them this youtube vid so they can be ! ashamed.
Your family Dad and all just a treasure. Thank you for all your hard work Happy Easter
A wonderful transformation of an easily ignored space. Bravo! 🎉❤

Can't say I blame your Dad for shutting the door finding out the alley is full of brambles...nasty things they are! 😂 What a blessing you and your Dad are to these folks. Shame on the council for not doing their job. Have a blessed Easter weekend.
Thanks, hoe you had a good weekend
Welcome back Paul. Ben and Paul you both did a fantastic job in clearing all that overgrowth. Also that lady that gave you both tea and sandwiches deserves a big thanks too. Happy Easter to both of you and your family.
