    This floor yoga for beginners class is designed for increasing flexibility, balance, and strength. This gentle yoga practice is especially designed for seniors and beginners. Many modifications are shown throughout this gentle floor yoga practice that make this yoga class very accessible for people that are complete beginners or active older adults. The gentle yoga for seniors and beginners class moves slowly through floor-based stretching. The floor yoga for beginners practice starts with a warm-up that brings awareness to the breath. Then, the gentle yoga class progresses into some deeper floor based stretching. This gentle yoga for seniors and beginners practice ends in relaxing movement.

    Love all you videos! Just curious-why you love toe squat so much?
    What is the benefit? I have never had it in a yoga class before and you use it frequently.

      Hello Frances! Toes squat is really helpful in stretching out the fascia in your lower body. It can be an intense stretch if your fascia is tight. I have noticed great improvements in my own flexibility by doing toe squat every day. Take care! Thanks for watching! 😊
