This restorative yoga for seniors and beginners class is designed for increasing flexibility and promoting relaxation. This gentle yoga practice is especially designed for beginners and active older adults. This restorative yoga for seniors and beginners class moves slowly through gentle stretching. The slow and gentle yoga for beginners practice starts with a warm-up that brings awareness to the breath. Then, the gentle yoga class progresses into some deeper stretching. This restorative yoga for seniors and beginners practice ends in a relaxing shavasana.

Thank you for a gentle and effective practice to help my rehabilitation after heart and lung maladies. Also, I like the way you say to "start to close your eyes". At first, I laugh, and then I think about the idea of taking time to close one's eyes. Nice.
As a yoga teacher I truly believe we should all add restorative, slower yoga to our practice. Thank you for giving us this gift. Less is nearly always more. 😘
