    Jesus Christ! Everything Clarence clean&jerked up until (and including) 150 seemed as if he was moving fucking air! When he did 170 it finally seemed like he had to put in a tiny bit of effort... Seriously, I used to think the Calstrength people were impressive, but Clarence makes the lifts they barely make seem like nothing, just phenomenal!

      the only reason i keep going to the same gym is bcs it's 2 min away from my home by car.. what kind of training you do? i do mostly crossfit, weightlifting in the outdoor area and some days i do some heavy back,front squats and chest press inside. more like power lifting stuff. it depends on the day how i feel..

      ass to grass is really tough for taller squatters like myself. It fucks with your knees and lower back. if you can do it without complications, then go for it. It is technically a better movement than the powerlifting squat.

      This. Some oly lifters rack the bar in the shoulders with different wide from the one used in the jerk, and some of them even with the little fingers "free" (not wraping the bar). In the bounce they readjust the wrap and turn to a full grip.

    I really like to squat deep,but I get buttwink when I go a few inches lower than parallel,should I just stick with just below parallel squat training? I have great mobility so that can't be the reason

      if your getting butt wink its most likely a mobility issue. even if you think you have great mobility your either lacking in ankle flexibility or you aren't opening your hips up enough. You want to think of sitting between your legs. pressing your knees out as you go down. At my bottom position my butt is pressed against my calves and directly over my heels.

      No we're not adding collars and it is 2.2, it's 2.20462. I'm sure you could go further lol. It really only makes a difference in a few specific scenarios like this.
