I am currently trying to get over a patellar tendonitis injury, I'm not 100% sure what caused it but I think it was when I first started my form looked very similar to his. Doing low bar and not going further than parallel has helped, but I feel most comfortable doing it the way he is, so I don't know if I should just safe it and not do it or is there something he does that I just haven't figured out yet...
@Sid Menon if you ever took steroids then you keep a portion of the muscle you gained on the steroids, thus putting you in a different category than someone who's never taken them. Your hormones also go out of whack, so nothing is truly the same again. If a steroid user stops using steroids then they're not "natty" or "natural" now, they're still juiced but just "off cycle"

It's amazing seeing this after only being able to compare clarence to the lifters who he collabs with. Watching someone at his level next to mere mortal lifters is incredible.

Back then I considered him like an underground strong guy lifting at a random auditorium only posting crazy squat clips and some other random footage.
