Ford owned Jaguar from 1999 until 2008. I own a 2003 Thunderbird Premium Edition in Desert Sky Blue with whisper white and black interior. It also comes with the removable hard top. Mine does not have that clear fiberglass and the brochure doesn't mention the piece. I think the owner added that. And the brakes on my car work fine. I love the car and I get a lot of compliments on it. This car really stands out in a world where most cars look the same.
Come one. Review of a convertible, and not one single time did you manage to show a picture, nor drive it, with the top down. That is definitely not how to do it.
I also have a 2003, and rate the brakes as excellent and controllable. Likewise the ride quality. It is adjustable. BTW, there is no such thing as a coupe. There is an optional removable hard top. Much quieter, but it IS a sporty car! You don't rate one on how quiet it is. I plan to keep mine forever. They are becoming very collectable, so it stays in the garage for the most part. Speaking of parts, it IS a Ford. New parts are very available, not cheap of course, like every semi exotic! It was also planned as a limited edition, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the T Bird. They sold out of every one they made, and they were selling for more than sticker in some cases.
KIRK me and my mom just bought today in fact a 2003 Thunderbird, red with red and black leather interior with 64,000 miles on it in very very good condition with upgraded brakes and air intake for $9315 but I work at a car dealer so I got it wholesale LOL not bad Ha
People saying any negative comments in on this review need to go find their own joy and work on their happiness. I love that Kirk is someone who loves aesthetics and appreciates the rare and one of a kind style. After its launch as car of the year the thunderbird then became “trash”’to a lot of Doug Demuro type enthusiast! Sure it could be better but it also was 2002!
that fiberglass was an aftermarket item that was sold as a wind screen behind the passenger compartment. Thunderbird Concepts was a company that sold many neat aftermarket parts for these cars for several years, too bad they went out of business.
The fiber glass window type thing in the back could be a windshield. It´s not standard equipment. And yes, that button lowers and raises the softtop after you have relesed the lever on the roof.
You the Man I appreciate your review, I am going to buy a black version of this ride for my wife as she bought me a 04 Z06 thanks for appreciating the design and potential for us who are not scared to not buy a Camry
Its styling is definitely cool. I love retro-looking modern vehicles as well. I would buy a Cruiser as they look classy, but my loved ones don't let me buy a bike haha
If you're asking about the hazards I have a 2002 t-bird and the button is on top of the base of the steering wheel (it's a very hidden spot especially since the wheel moves up when the car is turned off)
Not a very attractive car, too rounded and egg shaped, looks too much like a VW beetle from the front, ugly headlights, grille should be recessed, very cheap plastic interior and very ugly, cheap looking gauges, totally did not capture the original classic look.

Dude doesn’t know his cars to well. The T-Bird doesn’t come as a coupe, It’s a two seater. It’s has a soft top and a detached hardtop.
I have a white one of these. It’s a convertible but I also have a hard top as well. I love my car!!

This guy knows nothing about British engineering. That car is a Rolls-Royce in Disguise it belongs to special people
You didn't realize they were all convertibles and the removable hardtop was optional

I have the same car and the brakes work great. Get the brakes fixed.
The brakes worked okay. I'm just spoiled with Lexus products that set the bar so high. Thanks for watching!
The 2002 - 2005 eleventh generation T-Birds are all convertibles. You can obtain it with a nice looking hardtop though. ;)
Yes I found that out after the review! Looks better with the cover off imo. Merry Christmas thanks for watching.
@@KirkKreifels I love having the top on too. Looks cool in both ways. Nice review, and merry xmas to you too. :)
What are you talking about, there's no coupe, just a hardtop!
The car is a cruiser not a sports car, get it!
Wrong very wrong one he'll of a sports car.
Buy one and find out for your self.
Definitely I see jaguar in that car
Why would anyone put a Lexus plate on the front of a T-Bird.
I own a 2003 T-Bird that was purchased new. Has 40,000 miles. Never had any problems with it. Fun car to drive but it is a garage queen.
Strange review

Its not really weird sir, if you love the car

Nice car get in go over to Krystal Burger on friday nights at the classic car show
Kirk I appreciate your honest review and wish you a happy and fortunate and fruitful life🇺🇸
If i pay 16 grand for one i will be asking also for the hardtop.
I have a 2002 and love it. Have your breaks check. And it's a very fast car.
And dependable. You need struts my handle. Beautiful.
Why the hell is this guy doing a review on something he knows very little about…
Maybe he should try selling golf carts for a living🤨
Thanks that's a good idea 😋

“Worth more than the some of its parts” , Golden🇺🇸
parts are interchangeable with lincoln ls and some jaguar s type shouldn't be hard to find but might be expensive
If he works for a Lexus dealership, the parts would seem to be cheap to him!

Where are the Flashers switch?

Was not expecting a review like this
Did you film both this and the CLA one after the other
As that jeep was also in the CLA review
Different days brother.

You are telling me you never seen this car in the last 20 years? Nice expert opinion you have seeing this car in a video.
