    The good black men seem to be more appreciated by non black women. Many black women put all black men into one box whether they are good or bad. Most black men still marry black women over other races, but if a black man dates outside his race, it should be ok without shame from anyone.

    In my experience as a Puerto Rican women, Spanish men expect you to serve them… and our hard work as a mother and wife gets over looked as being with a black man.. and I’ve been with my black husband for 6 years… I feel very appreciated nothing gets unnoticed… every meal I make for him is appreciated… cleaning the home… planning our birthdays and things for our children.. everything is noticed and appreciated… as to a Spanish men it would be looked at as that’s your job.. and working hard as a wife and not feeling appreciated can put u in a depressive state.. but I can only speak on my experiences and I don’t think that all Spanish men and black men are like this because different people bring the best and worst out of each other.. having a deep loving connection is what’s really ideal.

      Yeah, I treat a woman with love and respect regardless of race. But you Latino women today, don't give a Latino man a chance even to date you, especially when you are a light-skinned man. You've been biased in dating a light man and believe much of what social media promotes. And now, young Latino women's minds are poisoned by what social media promotes instead of finding a man that is good and loyal to them, which is not about skin color. I don't even what to go to the height of a man issue either, but yeah.

    As a Black American woman I am approached for sex more rather than relationships. It’s so crazy and offensive. Black women don’t have issues getting men as evidenced by our high rates of single motherhood . We have trouble sustaining a relationship. So maybe we need to switch it up. Same, I’m from PR and my husband is black. I think these talks are interesting because the lady in the video says “black men that date exotic women” but dating isn’t the goal. Marriage is. And I’m only going to be married to my one husband, and I don’t need to be running around dating all these men, when I just want my one. And I think that’s the difference. I have the energy to treat my man as a king, not all these different men. And that’s how most latinas are raised. To love, appreciate, and take care of their husband. And in turn, he will care for you. I hope the best for your relationship sir!

    It was Interesting to hear how the latin woman spoke about latin man in general. Not very positive. Not much different than how the black woman speaks on black men general, which goes to show that its easier to pick out the flaws in that which you are closest to. This is why these false narratives that black men treat other women better, just simply for being different needs to stop.

    Most black women in America are raised to be independent. Black women in Africa are raised to be mother and wife's and to run households in some cases. The things that they don't like seem to be unigue to Western culture. Black men & women in Africa are very family orientated and that is a cultural thing. When having these discussions we need to be clear between culture & race.

    • @cemeciam.4019
      @cemeciam.4019 2 роки тому +7

      Huh? The last statement you made was way too general. SOME black men are family oriented. However, there is a great percentage of black men out there that lack in the area of family and yet alone raising a family. Keeping the black household together versus creating “babymamas”. I hold us as women accountable for lacking discernment and sleeping with these type of guys and I hold men accountable for lacking character and not having self control.
      As far as the African culture... Please you have no idea what those women go through in-spite of how they are raised and once they become wives. Most NOT ALL deal with some form of abuse rather emotional, verbal, financial, physical etc. It’s a patriotical society over there and most men from over there look down upon women and feel women should be used for their own selfish purposes. We are all human and should be treated as such.

    I find it ironic out women of other races say they date black men because of how black men treat them, yet black women always complain how black men treat black women badly. Honestly, i think the discrepancy is in the fact that black women are unreasonable when it comes to their standards w/ black men. In my opinion, other groups of men are way more harsher and critical of their women than black men are. Black men have lowered the bar for black women and they still complain.

    I mean it really depends on the family but this definitely speaks to culture as a whole. Growing up as a Brazilian girl. I can tell you that what we’re taught to look for by your mothers is stability, I’m telling you all my friends have had conversations with their Latina mothers about how if a man can’t support you financially which is the expectation in a Latino household then why are you with him? And if he doesn’t have money he needs to have the ambition and the want to finance the household it’s a really big humiliation if the wife finances the household for a long time. It’s really embarrassing, and in the same breath I was always taught that marriage was a partnership so my partner provides the money and I take care of the household I pick up his plate I clean his food I have his kids. Being 16 years old now I’m telling you it was always a vocal and silent expectation for my parents that my degree was always going to be the back up plan. I get a degree so that my husband knows that I don’t need to depend on him and that if things go wrong I have something to fall back on but a stable marriage in which I don’t need to work has always been the Ideal

The word exotic can be a depiction of a black woman as well. I looked at a lot of the comments in the video as being cliché. The sexual question towards the Latina was uncalled for, it’s all personal experience. Meaning it would be an opinion based answer that would be given. Lastly let’s stop the dividing of Africans, they were all divided by where the slave ships docked. In other words Latinos are Africans. Btw I’m happily married to a Boricua and we have two beautiful daughters together. Us as a people need to uplift one another and continue to have healthy conversations to learn about our culture…..

That's where the anger come from when a black man decides to date outside of his race "he's supposed to only date a black woman." Black women, if African-American men is your preference I wouldn't say date outside of your race; stick to what you're attracted to. However, if you're a black woman who is open to dating outside of your race and you're unsure if it will work in your favor then give it a try. The life and future of the race depends on males providing for, loving, and respecting their own children and women above all others. When this natural order of relationships is made to break down..eventually, there will be no race. My parents taught me the value of serving others around me and not just relying on a single person to get me through this world. Also, I don’t think BW are pressed to see brothers go out and try new things because most of them especially in the East Coast have made it very clear how they feel toward BW. As far as him enjoying a Spanish chick more because it’s different from what he’s used to, maybe black women need to have that mindset and date out often and get something diff from what we’re used to. Our issue is that we feel this need to stick with a group of men who date out more than anybody and that’s sad. Black women tend to have more odds against latina men than visa versa. Latinas dont whine about black women STEALING THEIR MEN lol. Latinos might complain bout their latina family member going out w/ a black dude but they take that complaint to their family, not on the black dude.
    Black females though want to fight the woman their man is cheating w/ even if she didnt know let alone they act like they wanna fight a latina who gets a good black man because they themselves dont have one. Its hard to be jealous about something you already have. Women in general dont approach men so they are limited to who approaches them or who is close enough to seduce...men however will go out & find & TAKE what we want.
    We dont get STOLEN(unless we are already in a relationship & the female knew it). As for thinking theyre better, every female thinks theyre better hence why they obsess over their own culture rather than someone else's. Its rare for females to think other women are better as a whole & even the ones who do aim to discover how its untrue.
    For instance, big women love to hear skinny women clowned so they can fee better about themselves...thin women love seeing thick women clowned so they can feel better about themselves...same goes for dark vs light etc. There is inferiority in all women...latinas know black women are stronger than them in general & admire & imitate that; black women notice latinas & white girls are often more feminine & so they imitate & other times take advantage of that via bullying them hence the rift.
    However, the obsession that other women are taking their men is solely a black female culture thing...its usually the men & parents of a culture who feel foreigners are taking or abusing their women. Most females dont even notice what they are lacking that black females have until theyre surrounded by a gang of hood bishes mocking their lack of curves, lack of mannish strength, lack of color, etc.
    At the end of the day, our females tend to have a negative affect on nonblack females(only making them more mannish, cut-throat, & wild) where as the worst thing other females ever do to our women is make them feel inferior by simply existing & being happy with themselves(& what a crime that is for a bitter unhappy drama creating self sabotaging broad who cant keep a hood man nor a good man happy cuz starting BS & winning via someone else losing is her form of peace & relief).
