If you've been dating a girl for a few weeks then these types of behaviors are just indicators of the kind of person they are but they're not being open with themselves and you only find things out from them if you ask very direct questions.
If you're on the receiving end of any of these things then put them at the bottom of your priority list and continue looking for an actual girlfriend as any girl with these behaviors is just a person you're banging for a period of time. Do not invest any emotions into this person as they're not doing the same for you!
As a man, your role in life is to live your purpose and build a dream life for yourself and one day your Queen. But this won't usually happen until your 30's so just take your dating life in your 20's to be fun and not serious.
Work hard, save, invest (in yourself too) and make good choices. When you're in your 30's and you have your Empire building starter kit all in place then you can date with the intention of having a serious long term relationship.
If you are a man who has their empire foundation in place and you're dating someone (for a few months) with these behaviors, you call them out and demand they be changed or else you just drop them. It's not being mean but you can demand a certain amount of respect and if you don't get it you just say goodbye and onto the next chick.
Guys, if you've worked hard and saved to build a life where you have a good income with resources that will continue to increase, you will ALWAYS have females that want to date you trust me. Don't try to find Mrs Right when you're 23 with a guy roommate, zero savings and a mediocre at best paying job. Focus on you.

If I communicate to the woman that we are not exclusive and both are free do see other people how is that being a hypocrite?
I'm not saying to 'cheat' that's weak behavior and trust me karma can be awful.
What you don't want to do is paint yourself into a corner by only dating one person (I'm talking the initial 2 months. I don't do well with dating other women when I really like just one) when the other person is seeing other people besides you.
Communication needs to be clear and honest. If you need to lie then you're not ready for a relationship anyway.

If you're both adults you can choose to see whomever you wish. You talk it out and agree. Or disagree and move on.
It's only 'cheating' if you say you're only going to date them and then date other people in secret.
If you wear a condom, most of the dirty is removed. With that being said, choose who you smash wisely.
I personally don't do well with actually dating more than one person, I gravitate towards serial monogamy.
You're right, people don't know how to have relationships anymore because there are too many options now and in places like the US and Canada it's beneficial the majority of the time for the woman to leave the man and then receive childsupport, alimony plus government funding. If you want to know who ends most marriages it's 80% women who initiate divorce in North America.
If it's facts that people can't have just one person then why are you trying to have just one person and everyone else dating around? I mean I have a gf now and I'm happy af. Smashing a new chick every week at a minimum gets tiring and actually soul crushing if I'm being honest. But if I became single again, I wouldn't get serious with someone for another year. It's a huge investment into someone emotionally only to have it turn to $hit,. Then start the dating process all over again.
Would I like it if people just dated one person at a time? Yes. Is that reality in 2022? H3ll no!

I had this lady friend I was dating, and she started talking about one of her co-workers. She started talking about her new friend almost excessively. So I asked, "Are you messing with this dude? She said No all the women know he gay. All the signs were there. Short phone calls with me and long calls with him. Then, a couple of months later, a phone call with a lady co-worker who was helping was helping her cover-up. Revealed he was messing with a friend of theirs. I asked. I thought you said he was gay? She said oh he's bi." A month later, another conversation I overheard it was all of a sudden the male co-worker decided he no longer was interested in men. I never touched her again. I was slowly pulling away from her because I knew she was cheating with this dude long before my formal declaration that it was over.

And side dudes are easier to get to agree to this then side chicks. See it all the time. You may never see overt signs.
