Story-wise, i don't know. Visually, you'd look somewhat ghoulish.
Getting the last upgrades and using your powers frequently locks you into one of the "bad" ending branches (depends on what you think is bad) It can also lock you out of story decisions for Lae'zel. Didn't explore much with other party members that are opposed to illithid powers.
Someone really need to detail exactly what's happening for us plebs please? How's he hit so hard? How's his attack % so high? In my game with 4 pillars my melee attacks are like 30% at the start. Also what special gear is being used to pump up the numbers?
that would be way too much for a youtube comment to cover all of what he did. In Short - he got himself advantage and a very high base ability score (enhanced with potions), got a Legendary Weapon with +3 to hit, Spells that increase your hitchance too. Then he made Raphael vulnerable to all Damage with an Ability called "Perilious Stakes" essentially doubling all Damage he does. Having a Paladin/Sorcerer gets you up to 5th level Spells which you can upcast Smite with and of course the Illithid Ability to guarantee a critical Hit. Thats just some basics- he did a lot more, but that covers at least the main things i guess.
How did he get 20 att an 20 charisma bc I'm like 20 att 17 plus hag hair plus potion from asartion biting the drow and then 16 charisma is 18 with ability score but where the extra 2 point bc I know u used great weapon fighting feat lol
Paladin levels add to Spell slot progression. They are half casters. Their Spell Slot Progression on Paladin 6 is Level 2 Spell Slots + Spell Slot Progression of Sorcerer 6 is Level 3 Spell Slots combined go to 5th Level Spell Slots. You don't get any 5th level Spells with Multiclassing Paladin & Sorcerer like this, but you do get Spell slots for doing so and because you can Upcast many Spells (like in this case Smite) it doesn't always matter that you don't get any actual 5th level spells. If you combine 2 Full caster classes like Sorcerer 6 and Wizard 6 you will even get 6th Level Spell slots, because they get full Spell casting progression, but you won't get any 4th, 5th or 6th level spells. You will have to upcast your Lower Level Spells

In the transition from act2 to 3 you’ll will get the option to… embrace you illithidness some more. It’s supposed to very noticeably affect the way you look, he might be running some mods.
You need Astral-touched tadpole for Black Hole, which belong to the last locked row of Illithid Powers. After consuming Astral tadpole however, your appearance will change, the lower tiered powers i use have no changes to one appearance.
┖ Gameplay-wise, getting the last row from Astral tadpole is a big upgrade. Story-wise, i don't know. Visually, you'd look somewhat ghoulish.
Getting the last upgrades and using your powers frequently locks you into one of the "bad" ending branches (depends on what you think is bad)
It can also lock you out of story decisions for Lae'zel.
How did he get 20 att an 20 charisma bc I'm like 20 att 17 plus hag hair plus potion from asartion biting the drow and then 16 charisma is 18 with ability score but where the extra 2 point bc I know u used great weapon fighting feat lol
how long do you think it will be until the build video is uploaded?
weird I dont get divine smite attacks
I cast smite
*WITH MY SWORD*
How did you get a lvl 5 spell slot for a level 6 sorcerer?
@@BroanderRentner I did not know that. Thanks mate, cheers!
Doesn't phalar aluve singing stop when you unequip it?
Take a single level in wizard and learn hold monster via a scroll. Quicken spell it on him and crit on every attack.
Almost certainly won't land since anything you learn via scroll will use intelligence for spell save DC.
@@stevenmurray9812 There are a ton of save DC boosting items and a headband that sets your int to 17. Alternatively it’s not hard to get 16 INT with your +1. My cleric is basically a mystic theurge with a save dc of like 23.
@@stevenmurray9812it lands with 20% chance, just get more scrolls
Literally killed raphael before he even moved, not as broken as buff stacking in this video tho
The fight is a joke if u even are semi prepared
