light cleric in general is such a meme build. When you get the armor from Selunite Outpost, the Gloves from the Creche, the boots and ring that triggers on reverberations and the shield to trigger a condition on a miss, you just walk around and debuff all attacks.
Switching Shadowheart from Trickster to Light was the best decision I've made in my playthrough, as she literally carried me and my Devotion Paladin through Act 2. Add Mace of Lethander, and she literally took out half of Githyanki creshe on her own, and Myrkul... It was so bloody satisfying to use Pillar of Light on him, after Aylin, me and Gale damn near gave our lives for that shot!
Trickery Domain is so bad compared to the other choices. I went from never using any of Shart's domain specific actions to using a Light domain action every turn.
Me too. I barely won this fight with all my party on a normal level and here you have a single character that usually sucks at fighting (for me) doing massive damage on its own. Such videos are fun and we can learn a lot. The problem is, that some top items are repeating itselfs on many builds and you give it only to your main character, so the rest is nowhere near such powerful as if they could have been. So basically, we have a powerful Tav and the rest are sidekicks. Such videos teach us that with the right equipment, knowing the game mechanics, smart strategy, any character or class can be made powerful.
It was my first ever experience with Baldur's (I play with my husband who played 1st and 2nd as a child) and I knew that it sometimes MAY OCCUR as an absolute epicness but I literally screamed hearing this music during this fight :D
Considering how often you used inflict wounds, I wonder if the staff of cherished necromancy might not have been a better choice, since it allows you to cast 6th level inflict wounds like it’s a cantrip
Hey! A big fan of your videos. Have you tried mods for increased difficulty. Tactician feels quite underwhelming for someone who knows what they are doing.
Cambion Fleeting Protection is a one time condition, not a permanent one. Callous Glow Ring + Necrotic Spirit Guardians were used to remove them with the ring extra 2 Radiant damage, without taking too much reflect dmg in return. Radiance of the Dawn is then safe to use afterward.

Arcane Battery is bugged right now. (So is freecast illithid.) You used 2 arcane batteries just by equipping/desequipping marko staff whereas it is supposed to be limited to once per long rest. Not sure Phalar Aluve is working as intended. But you could have used the Cherished staff (also bugged) for infinite free inflict wounds level 6. Then illithid powers are also too op : freecast, mind sanctuary and perilous stakes are forbidden in my playthrough as it makes the game trivial. I am doing a no potion/no elixir/no illithid playthrough right now and it is much more fun and tactical.
as long as the classes you multiclass into are also full casters, you can have level 6 spell slots if their total levels add up to 11 (which is the level you obtain a level 6 spell slot) So, for example, a level 12 character with 11 levels in cleric who is a full caster, with 1 level of say..rogue, will still have a level 6 spell slot. a level 12 character with like 6 levels in wizard and 5 levels of cleric (both full casters) will also have level 6 spell slot
This is cool but 500 hours in this game if this were my play through they’d have all crit me five times each and I’d be dead already. I’d have failed every concentration saving throw. Crazy to see that not happening to other people lmao.
Can someone help me understand how he got to those stat proficiencies? STR is at 8 which would be -1 but it says + 2 on the character sheet. What buff is giving that +4 proficiency? Looking at base stats and the proficiencies, there's something giving an overall buff but I'm unsure what. Also, love the content Sin Tee. This of course was in the boss fight against Asur the dragon and the strongest aoe spell in the game
I've never played COD, but I'm not sure why that would be a bad thing. BG3 is MASSIVELY unbalanced, which is why all of the encounters feel bad. If you have the wrong class/item/gear combination, you get deleted often without even getting a single turn. You get the right combination, and you solo the hardest boss in the game without even breaking a sweat. There's a name for this in the game industry, broken.
