What if the Forsaken had Rejoined the Alliance?
Вставка
- Опубліковано 21 жов 2016
- In the original story, the undead who had regained their sanity were pushed away by their former allies in the Alliance. After such a betrayal, the undead began to call themselves the Forsaken, as the living had forsaken them. But what if the Forsaken were accepted back into the Alliance? What sort of consequences would ensue? Would there be peace? War? What would Sylvanas' role be in all this? In this "What If" video I tackle this question with my own series of possible events. I hope you guys enjoy!

I honestly feel like the humans would immediately occupy Lorderan, they always wanted it back and now they can just freely enter without resistance.
i'd imagine that if the forsaken did join the alliance, the blood elves would as well, since the forsaken were always their biggest allies. This would give them a lot more room at the negotiating table, and would let them secure the entire eastern kingdoms (more or less). I imagine there would be an eventual betrayal by the humans, after the plaguelands were purged of the scourge.
Well, as Nixxiom speaks in the story he presents, this all took place before/during the events of the 3rd War where Arthas ran off to Northrend. So, the Forsaken and Blood Elves wouldn't have had the same relationship by that point as they have in the current day.
@@user-iy5sg2rn4x well Admiral Proudmoore didn’t help anything really. The belfs where looking to rejoin the alliance. The only issue was the racist piece of shit Proudmoore that really ruined it. Since he used Kael as bait and left him for dead.
What if Sylvanas won the battle at Quel'Thalas against Arthas
Then we would have nice High elf kingdom. Khael'thas would be archmage of Kirin Tor and member of the Council of six. Anasterian would be still the king of High elves. Kel'Thuzad wouldn't be resurrected → many changes to story = no Naxx, no corrupted Ashbringer, Mograins would be alive, ... . Also no forsaken.
Fire mages would need to find different artifact.
no DK's
Braydon rantall LK raised his own DK's, so there would be some.
Mr.Vojtik yea your right. I stand corrected.
Well, i think the Lich King simply ressurrected Arthas and continued this attack forever. Silvermoon had no chance even if there was no Arthas. The only thing that would change is that Sylvanas is dead instead of a banshee.
>What if the Forsaken had Rejoined the Alliance?
Boy would that be awkward as fuck, what with killing Garithos and all.
I think everyone would be glad he's gone.
Winbros XP THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY ABOUT ME YOU INHUMAN PIECE OF SHIT
I doubt that The Alliance would give a shit about Garithos, as he is a piece of utter shit.
Eh, I doubt anyone would mourn him, he sucked.
The Forsaken actually asked to join the Alliance but were turned down. And then later the Alliance accepts death knights. Human logic...
death knights were approved by Tirion tho
TFW you don't understand the lore as much as you thought you did xD
@warrassus @oPureDeath
I understand it was under different circumstances, but it's still not fair to the Forsaken.
They had just murdered Garithos and all his men in Lordaeron, he was a dick yes, but he did uphold his end of their bargain and actually let them go after the rec;aimed the Capital. Sulvie lost a golden opportyunity there. The moment the real Alliance would return in the area Garithos would be kicked due to his actions against the Elves and there would actually be area for a truce, a difficult one but a truce.
Sylvanas's logic was that Garithos and his troops would come after them at some point and couldn't be trusted and neither could the Alliance.
I was shocked to learn after reading Chronicles that the Forsaken never actually gave the Alliance a chance to welcome them back into their ranks, instead assuming they wouldn't be accepted and waging a personal war against the living. Kinda crazy.
I just realized that the forsaken symbol has half of the blood elf falcon symbol.
High elf .
russia4lyfe
Well , that is funny.
She was the Ranger General of Quel'thalas to be more specific.
no its not... its completely different..
AntiBogol
Is that so , bring an argument why it is diffrent .
And all of the sudden.... FUCKING MALFURION POPS UP, KICKING SYLVANS ASS AND RECLAIMING STORMWIND FOR THE ALLIANCE BECAUSE HOW FUCKING AWESOME HE IS
i wanna reclaim stormwind to this day
You can't because....
you're not FUCKING MALFURION
GenGremen who is malfurion
And then void lords shows and try to destroy all universe but then...... FUCKING MALFURION COMES UP AND DESTROY THEM BECAUSE HE IS SO AWESOME
Tinheart Nowak elves are coool
Edit: Ishnu-alah
What if Malfurion saved Varian at the last second from Gul'Daniel because of how fucking awesome he is?
Well for Malfurion, the Eagles are comming scene does look [retty obvious...
^^^^^^ LMFAO ... Gul'daniel! Love it
Fucking Malfurion would of swooped in, told Gul'dan that he's an idiot! Then spin off with Tirion in hand like the swag druid that he is.
Why are so many people saying Malfurion is awesome, I don't get the joke.
JamesEDonaldson read the archimonde video
The True Story of Fucking Malfurion please
FLameForged he and his brother pushed some demons into a pool. Illidan took some water from the pool and got locked up. Malfurion goes on to bang tyrande for 10000 years until illidan shows up again. Then he blows a horn and wisps kill a tree humping demon.
You forgot to add a fucking Malfurion there....
egw esu I'm infact, yes he fucking did push him.
BoltMan yeah, but only because the pain on his dick was so strong he couldn't resist the push
FLameForged kek
I like how you portray the Forsaken as this totally innocent people who don't openly support the Royal Apothecary Society in the halls of Undercity.
LOL yeah. 'Moderate' Forsaken are just those that don't loudly support the idea of genociding/converting all humans. There are indeed many that really do want to seek some sort of co-existence, but they're overridden by those with grudges and they barely hold back the extremists - and of course (Wrathgate one of biggest examples) sometimes they don't hold them back. You can RP an overall peaceful Forsaken but there will always be the edge to you that jumps towards the vengeful acts and positions compared to all the other races (including even Orcs).
What if Cairne was warchief, not Garrosh.
What if the goblins and the gnomes switched?
World peace
@@Luna-zj5wu no
Teldrassil burned because Sylvanas became warchief after Vol'jin died. Legion happened because of alternate Draenor's Gul'dan, which happened because of Warlords of Draenor, which happened because of Garrosh becoming warchief and Thrall stepping away. With just one bottle of poison, Magatha Grimtotem was unwittingly kingslayer and kingmaker of it all. Neat!
What if Kil'jaeden had rejected Sargeras's offers of power back on Argus?
Isabella Perez Ooh, this is a good one.
Isabella Perez Geez this is one is good
No warcraft. No orcs. No lich king. No burning crusade. no vanilla naxx. Most things would change.
Indeed good question, Kil'Jaeden was also the creator of the Lich King, so without him.....
And yogg saron would have broken free without our knowledge.
You must have forgotten the part where Sylvanas betrayed and killed the Grand Marshal and all men of the New Alliance after the retaking of Capital City. Not a very friendly gesture towards the Alliance, I would argue.
The Grand Marshal did tell her to fuck off, plus he did try and murder the survivors of her homeland (blood elves) as revenge for the horde killing his family during the second war, which he blamed the high elves for allowing it to happen. He tried by ordering Kael'thas and the blood elves to attack a major undead stronghold with "nothing but sticks and hash language" as Kael'thas describes. The reason for doing this was to find a reason to kill them via them committing treason why accepting aid from the naga, lead by Vashj.
Jordan Read I don't think Sylvanas even knew about Sunstrider's connection to Garithos. As for telling them to fuck off, that was their agreement all along, and definitely not cause for killing. We've now seen multiple instances where Sylvanas pays no regard to her allies and blindly pursues her own desires. First she betrayed the Scourge, then the New Alliance, then the Horde ( plague usage ), and now she's chasing immortality rather than fully leading the Horde.
lol betrayed scourge who would willingy serve the scourge. She never betrayed alliance nor Horde. And shes not chasing immortality shes needs those valkyre to make more forsaken. Man do u even pay atention whats in the game
She is bound to the Val'kyr from when she committed suicide in her short story. So if they die, she dies for good. hence why she wants more Val'kyr, to prolong her life.
she still have enough valkyrs to ress her the true reason was to secure future for the forsaken. Cuz they cant reproduce
What if the Blood Elves joined the Alliance?
David Mužík they were Alliance at first but the racism of the humans drove them away to the loving arms of green Jesus
***** garrosh gave them so much love xD
When they first joined the Horde Garrosh wasn't in charge. Thrall was.
Jaraxxus, Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion so? In alliance they were considered as traitorsand cowards and then i horde as whores and underrace
Hey Alvarez, btw, Genn will rebuild the Gilneas' Wall and you forsaken will pay for it!
I love the What if series. Something I would have expected of different UA-camrs perhaps, but you're doing WoW lore great justice. Your machinimas used to be my favourite. Times change, however, and every time I get a notification about your newest video, I'm instantly excited. Brilliant job, lad!
Then fucking malfurion and almighty green Jesus wouldn't take this shit and they both saved the day once again
Don't insult fucking Malfurion, he would kill green jesus with one hand while fingering Tyrande with the second
Tinheart Nowak pfft fucking malfurion wouldn't save the day back in the war of the ancient if not for boxing Brox so fucking malfurion loves green jesus. When fucking malfurion sees an orc he becomes super fucking saiyan malfurion and they both gains over 9k combat power and not even sargeras can stand both of them just wait and see to the end of legion when sargeras asks for fucking malfurion and grern Jesus mercy while saurfang becomes the warchief whe deserve, not that silvannas fan service shit
At least Green Jesus can fuck his wifu properly.
Mr.Vojtik you mean it because she borned this lil green shit?
Tinheart Nowak He has 2 kids. Also it didn't took him 10 000 years to express love to his wifu.
I just woke up and realized that nixx just uploaded a video this is better than breakfast
What if Velen and Kil'Jaeden switched places? Velen accepting the legion using his clairvoyance to their aid, and Kil'jaeden cunningly lead the draenei to safety.
What if Thrall have met Centaurs before Taurens?
wel thrall met centaur and quilboar before tauren but they were agresive
Aleksa Zečević The centaurs would try to kill Thrall
the centaur will kill him
Aleksa Zečević He wouldn't understand them
a better question is, what if centaurs weren't complete douch nozzles.
I really hate the forsakens and Sylvanas. Don't get me wrong but Sylvanas is to desperate to not die. I really think she would betray her people only to gain that immortality.
Sabin #SkydroxCS you drunk or what
Sylvanas*
DeathBringer 210 Sorry,my bad
Sabin #SkydroxCS It's because she is guaranteed to go to hell if she dies, if what we hear from her about hell is true, it's pretty understandable why shes terrified of it.
are u Zabin the Gopnik?
Maybe if she was a good samaritean ( lol :D ) she wouldn't go to hell. And I don't like her for more reasons, but i don't get into those reasons, because some of you like Sylvanas and I don't want to start a dispute.
"Before the storm" plot before it was cool.
this video was awsome!! more please i cant wait :D
another amazing loregasm fantasies :) great video!!
Great video :)
What if the Seige of Ulduar failed? What would the Lich King do against Yogg-Saron?
Raise all his servants as undead and then have him drown in an ocean of ghouls and undead
while the cult of the damned and lady deathwhisper (since kel is dead by now) cast all kinds of unspeakable spells to him (plauge, blood magic, frost magic),after that he'd probably use ulduar as
a base for he's undead army (you can't realy put sane cultists and fallen elves on ulduar since they'd go mad by the whispers of the old gods) and since we the heroes of azeroth would be dead
the Lich king would probably gain a huge advantage in northrend even tho he'd probably be sourounded and killed any way
it is believed yogg was already a bit in control of him. It was reported people went crazy after being exposed to saronite(yogg's blood) and arthas lived in a citadel made of saronite.
@@heroicnerd6404 lol, If Yogg Saron would fully free himself from his prison he would destroy the lich king effortlessly, he is the 2nd strongest old god after Ya'shaarj
Im always amazed with your work! The time that you obviously take in these make me always want more.
love these what if stories, man! exceptional work!
Ads are fine. Buffers are ok. But when ads buffer, i suffer
So that what happens when you are racist to your allies
Ppretty much, just look at what happened to Garithos
Naah. I think this video give a fair treatment to the character of Sylvanas. She is ambitious and ready to dirty her hands to increase her influence and protect her people, but she isn't a Lich King 2.0. It's all fan theory of course, but I think in this video's scenario, this Alliance could have lasted if the humans didn't reject their new ally. The two main cases of shifty behaviour b the Forsaken are the incident of Angrathar which was orchestrated by Varimathras and the Legion, not Sylvanas, and the invasion of Gilneas which was Sylvanas' doing but happened in reaction to the appearance of a new threat at her border. If the Forsaken had been part of the Alliance when the Worgen decided to join, they wouldn't have attacked them.
If Stormwind had laboured to be more tolerant of the Forsaken in this scenario, their Alliance would've worked and we'd have had the Forsaken in the Alliance. With the influence of Sylvanas in the Alliance, the Blood Elves would've been allowed back in the Alliance and with their combined might, this alternate Alliance would be able to push the Scourge out of the Eastern Kingdoms.
I imagine that Stormwind and others would try to cure the Forsaken Undead and restore their Human state which would be cool.
Love these types of videos Nixxiom, keep them coming!
Damn, i love this kind of vídeos, thanks for make it
Oh hell yeah love me a bit of Grenth from guild wars in the thumby
what if tyrande chose illidan?
YES
Blasphemy.
then Fucking Malfurion bangs them both!
That's like saying what if Malfurion was stillborn?
It's Moonie a lot more problems would be solved... When was the last time Illidan actually needed saving... Even in the Demon Hunter Campaign, his soul was able to avoid getting fucked up by hiding from sentries and shit that saw him. Malfurion gets taken hostage by some... What level was he? He still had a number. Meanwhile, you needed a 40 man group and 2 motherfuckers that were skull level to kill Illidan.
Illidan was actually helping people all throughout history and his bitch ass brother throws him in prison... WHILE HE STILL BENEFITS FROM THE SHIT ILLIDAN DID INSTEAD OF DESTROYING THINGS LIKE THE NIGHTWELLS HE MADE.
Awsome vid dude!
Love when you do these types of videos Nixxiom.
Good story telling and fan fiction however there are a few inconsistencies:
1. The Alliance would never accept the forsaken in the first place due to their immoral practices. Not only would humans have none of it, but Night Elves and High elves as well.
2. Even if there was an alliance between the 2 factions Ambassadors, diplomats and other ranks would be distributed between the 2 cities to prevent rebellion or betrayal or at least find out about it before it's too late.
3. To my knowledge, The forsaken prior to WotlK could not forcefully "convert" undead to the forsaken. If the undead was not a slave to the scourge then the forsaken ambassadors gave the undead a choice, work for sylvanas or wander elsewhere (with no faction/allies).
4. If there was an alliance, humans would have flooded to Lorderan anyway, many of the surviving citizens would be returned and it would be rebuilt as a human/undead kingdom, meaning that the forsaken would have human reinforcements and also being watched constantly to prevent betrayal.
Non the less good story telling, still overall good, I'm sure you've done your research, in this story sylvanas seemed to act like her normal self so it didn't go too far away from its source material. Seemed very similar to how she acted in the novel War Crimes.
Good Work.
If the Forsaken had joined the Alliance... There would be no force strong enough to stop the edgelords of the Alliance...
Really enjoying these "What If..." Videos!
I love these types of videos. Great work.
But abominations already walk the streets of stormwind and the church doesn't care, oh sorry we're supposed to call them worgen
Oh and sylvanas didn't even really try to make peace with the alliance, killing garithos once she had killed the other dreadlords
So, a thought i have had some time now, it's time for a story lads.
So we all know that Blizz likes to keep their expansion: New Races->New Class->New Race->New Class etc.
So the Expansion after Legion will be new races, now, we have the obvious pick for the Horde, which is Ogres, they are made and ready to be launched, after the Goblins took their spot in the last sec in Cataclysm. But as far as i know, then there's no obvious picks for the Alliance, So, a thought i had was, what would happen if one of the Horde races went Neutral? That would work GamePlay wice, with 6 Alli, 2 Neutral, 6 Horde. But who would go Neutral? My strongest guess, would be the Tauren, and right after the Goblins(If something happens). As many knows, the tauren tripe that's with the Horde had a blood dept with Thrall, which they stated in WoD that "Our Blood dept has been paid". with Thrall out on his happy elemental adventure or whatever, then i don't see anything that binds the Tauren to the Horde, it's stated that the Tauren as a whole, aren't happy with the way the Horde is handling war, and as we all know now, the Tauren is a peacefull race. The Tauran and Night Elfs already have several Druid Camps spread all over Azeroth. so they are already "kinda" neutral in a manner, and if we look at "how" they would join the Alliance, then we have to remember that it's Anduin that's the current King, if anyone remembers in Pandaria, then Anduin met the Taurens, unarmed. He would have been a golden hostage at that time, but they simply refused to take him as hostage for the fact that he was indeed unarmed, i'm pretty sure Anduin remembers that, incase the Taurens went neutral and some would want to join the Alliance. And as for the Goblins, they have always been kinda neutral, but i don't see them leaving with Sylvanas as Warchief, the Goblins comes with alot of fire power which i don't think Sylvanas will let go that easily.
This was just a little thought of mine, nothing to take serious. It all depends on the new expansion really, perhabs the Alliance gets Naga or some shit, who knows. If you have any thoughts on the new Alliance race, or maybe even a better thought on the new Horde race feel free to say so.
still no ogres :(
I love this series, keep making them Nix sumPluto sumAyo
Imagine your people turned into the scourge, and they break free of that horror, only to find your own people don't give a damn any more. but this is the same alliance, who's first foe you fight is the masons who built Stormwind, and then didn't get paid. Alliance really are the bad guys in this game.
Stormwind Nobles didin't have the money to pay the masons guild for rebuilding stormwind and also , Sylvanas killed every single forsaken that tried to rejoin the Alliance .
And played right into the Dreadlord's clawed hands whom still holds loyalty to the Legion. With no unified Alliance by the time the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj opens there is no-one to aid the Horde in fighting back the swarms of C'thun sans the Night Elves alone as the rest of the Eastern Kingdoms would be bogged down by Sylvanas' forces and unable to unify. The armies of the Old God would overwhelm everything in their path, eventually burrowing down into the Undercity to devour the Banshee herself and her Kingdom of the Forsaken, along with the rest of the world.
*My dreaming ends. Your nightmare begins.*
Part 2 maybe? This video was anazin
Amazing*
anazin*
+Gruk'nar Goresong he fixt it but u still say it wow
It's just a what if, not a rewrite all of azeroth. lol
Malfurion comes and when he sees all this filth he unleashes a Superstorm and cleanses all of the Undead...the end. The funny thing is that in theory if he uses his damm powers he can do it.
Interesting take, was fun to listen^^
Man I love these videos, keep it up Nixxiom! ^^
These "what if" videos of yours are easily my favorite still. Will there be a part 2 to this? You're really good at writing these, and it's always a joy to think about how things could have been different.
And no mention of the Night Elves... so in this scenario they either join the Horde or remain neutral?
Mavander They would likely not join an Alliance that welcomed the undead, but they wouldn't be openly hostile to them, as the Horde was still more of a danger to them.
It's mentioned that it's after the third war though, so it's after Archimonde's defeat. That means that humanity had to interact with the Night Elves, and the story even spans several years.
No this does not take place before humans settled in kalimdor, Sylvanas gains her own will back in TFT, Jaina already landed in kalimdor in WC3 and helped defeat archimonde at Hyjal.
I assumed that in this version they did join the Alliance, but most of them are in Kalimdor anyway, so they shouldn't interfere much. The real question would rather be the Blood Elves. Assuming in this story Sylvanas' betrayal happens after the events of BC and she is still part of the Alliance when they start leaving Quel'Thalas, would her decision to join the Alliance influence theirs? After all, the main reason they joined the Horde was because, just like the Forsaken, they felt abandoned by the Alliance, but if they saw the Alliance accepted (in appearance) to cooperate and help the forsaken, they would probably be more inclined to trust and join them.
And then? The Alliance would probably be a lot less hostile toward the blood elves than the undead, after all, they were former allies, and the Blood Elves would likely be quite accepting of the Forsaken since they are lead by Sylvanas, one of their heroes. So wouldn't they help bridge the gap between both factions? I think this story should have mentioned them.
Nix, you and Hellscream have been making some AMAZING What If stories.
That was a joy to listen to. I love these
Good that Forsaken never joined Alliance.
Tealion Wolfheart exactly the alliance claim to have honour yet they don't even respect their allies
Inferno The last elemental im late here, but reason why alliance did not accept forsaken. Well do you remember garithos??? She killed him and his men...
Nikola Prcic he betrayed them first
@@alexgray727 No, Garithos never betrayed the Forsaken, you need to revisit the lore.
@@notar2123 "There, your business is done. Now, I want you wretched animals out of my city before I--"
Sounds like an attempt at betrayal to me
I don't buy your premise that the Alliance would betray them. They did actually get undead joining them (Ebon Blade) and they comitted worse offensive acts than you described at first by resuming to raise fallen Alliance heroes as shown in recent lore. Still they are not rejected.
Loremaster Jakholas Trion was a good guy. He even helped forsaken against scarlets. He was one of the only decent humans in warcraft lore.
*****
They better. They are no better than the Scourge now. They literally have the backing of the actual Lich King.
If i were you Sylvie i would keep an eye to your Valk'yrs, their intentions are too convenient. In the end of the day they are slowly rebuilding an undead army just like the Lich King wanted....
Grumpy # What are you implying? Lich king is dead. New one is just a harmless pupet.
+Baran Duman Blizzard loves throwing hidden nitions about potential future expansions and Arthas whispers through the Death Knight artifact are implying that the Bolvar we knew is no more...
This alternate timeline thing needs more parts, as it changes a lot and creates many questions. What about Theramore's reaction? The Night Elves' reaction which were part of the Alliance as well after the Third War? Onyxia's and Nefarian's plan? What about Lich King? Would still Varimathras betrayal occur? Afterall he had a big fault in this and now with the new plague at the tips of his claws and larger Forsaken numbers his betrayal would be more devastating, and without a hiding place which could've been the Horde, Sylvanas would probably die.
I love these!
Dks are undead as well, and while met with a bit of hostility, their return to the alliance was not remotely as bad as the one you are suggesting here, is there some difference i'm unaware off?
Stefan Zaric They had Tirion's seal of approval. The approval of the arguably the strongest paladin ever probably goes a long way
I hate both of them but dk's at least use brain instead of mindless following sylvanas
A PALADIN THAT CAN'T EVEN BUBBLE?!?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Tinheart Nowak not all of them mindlessly follow her. The Wrath Gate is a good example. and they're givin the choice to do as they please in the starting zone

What if all factions united?
Tom Watson HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHH good joke
It's called a request for a video...? So shut the fuck up.
Tom Watson This is kind of impossible cause of the enormus hatred between each other. Only in desperate times they will unite , just like when the scourge striked and Arthas became the Lich King.
Sabin #SkydroxCS it's a what if suggestion.

Also to note, I love these alternate history videos you're making Nixxiom. It's absolutely brilliant how you do it so damn well!
Looking at this one, personally I feel it's probably best that the Forsaken joined the Horde instead. For our people (undeads) I think the Horde was a much more clear option and worked better in favor of the Forsaken for the long run. However the idea of Sylvanas bringing down Stormwind and the vast majority of the human kingdoms with the plague of undeath, is a nice one. I kind of wish that it had happened this way. There would be an immense Forsaken army that's for sure! One that would warrant an entire faction just as Undead, and that I think, would be very awesome!
Nevertheless, this alternate history is something that really gets me thinking. It's so very interesting to ponder how differently things could've have gone had one or two decisions been made differently.
Love the content Nixxiom!
Sorry Nixxiom nut unlike you're other What if stories this one have plot holes all over it. The time you are talking about is when Varian returned. You completely left out Dalaran's mages and Wildhammers. Also if the Forsaken had rejoined the Alliance then so would the Elves. You left out the Skarlet's and the Night Elves. Also the possibility of Scourge attacking and the Alliance turning a blind eye is zero even with Katrana's influence. Lastly Stormeind is not the Alliance, just like the Worgens a summit would be made umong all the Alliance leaders to accept the Forsaken as allies. And finally while Sylvanas is a fierce Opponent, she is a terrible tactician, taking out the alliance through duplicity is a skill she lacks....
Grumpy # Uhhh, Sylvanas is a master tactician. She was a ranger general of quelthalas... General. You know, the person who comes up with all the battle tactics? Give her more credit.
+Andrew Renshaw No as you said she was a general, the fields of battle was their expertize, what the Nixxiom implies is going all Game of Thrones Littkefinger upon the rest, which is something that she lacks. Doing the exact same thing twice( poisoned grain) without anyone realizing it requires duplicity and deception and Sylvanas is way to blunt for thus dance. I didn't say she is a bad general, although the Silvermoon fiasco is a little heavy. Arthas passes the first gate, she does not alert the city, Arthas passes the second gate, she does not alert the city, Arthas is right outside the city...Sylvanas decides to warn the city.....sigh.
Grumpy # Ok, and then she planned a nearly successful assassination attempt against Arthas, easily the most paranoid person in Warcraft, managed to capitalize on the Cataclysm and do a blitzkreig on the surrounding areas (including the mighty Gilneas) to expand her influence. Of all our current leaders, shes easily the greatest manipulator and tactician.
+Andrew Renshaw Everything you said is as a military tactician, as I said she is a good general but she lacks the finesse for a mackiavelli style on anyone....
Grumpy # True, she may lack that, but your point was that she could not take Stormwind in this hypothetical situation. You must keep in mind her advisor is a dreadlord. Shes a master military tactician. With these two things together, this theory becomes pretty solid.
If this happened I don't blame her, she tried to be helpful and accepting of the Alliance, but the Alliance stabbed the undead in the back. Shame
As a full Alliance player, Alliance was really ugly towards her :D I can see one of the reasons why Horde is better in this :D
Ondřej Prokeš To me I like both sides
CalmingNight Well, actually, if we want to talk about backstabbing, Sylvanas allied with the New Alliance of Lordaeron in order to claim Capital City from the Scourge. When they won, Sylvanas betrayed and killed Lord Garithos of the New Alliance and slaughtered its troops. Sylvanas is the #1 traitor in WoW: first she betrayed the Scourge, then the Alliance.
+Airsofdeathroll lets be real here Garithos had it coming.
***** Garithos was hero
i love re-listening to these once in a while

Anduin? Don't you mean Vrynn? Anduin wasn't even born durring the 3rd war right?
GamingNormaly he is talking when varian went away and anduin was left to lead with bolvar and onyxia
Varian was not even in vanilla wow
Your writing is always masterfully well made😍😍😍
I usually don't care for this type of "what if" story. However you made it very interesting and clearly put a lot of time and effort to this. I have thought it was weird that the Humans didn't accept the Forsaken back, since they were friends and family. Great job man, well done!
why would i ally myself with the person that killed me and turned me into a zombie ?
I would still be the same person as before just dead so the racism against zombies would make me a double racist :D
What if velen had join the burning legion ?
Then Azeroth woudnt excist.
+Snoud yup

Jeffery Krueger Good for them. At least they have some balls, unlike real life iron forge...
Anduin went full libtard.
Jesus Christ, it takes some next level reaching to liken hordes of undead in a high fantasy kingdom to some refugees coming to Europe.
Personally I rather deal with the undead, because I would convert then betray them. I seek knowledge above all else immortality provides the perfect route to do this even if much suffering is involved.
Where is Fucking Malfurion?
bononoz2 Banging his wife, of course.
Elyseon Fucking Malfurion is in the Fucking Dreamgrove where all the Fucking Druids are, why would he bang his Fucking Hot Wife?
bononoz2
Because if he doesnt bang her regularly, she turns into a dragon and destroys half of Azeroth? But since she's so rough and demanding, he can only do it once every ten thousand years and spends the rest of the time recovering in the Emerald Wet Dream.
nice vid :D!
more like this please nixxiom
Long live the Forsaken!
Glory to our Banshee Queen and Warchief Sylvanas!
Ahahahhahhaaaa "Alliance accepted them as they are"
That's a good one, humans may just be the single most xenophobic race in entire azeroth, especially back then. Seriously Garrosh was less racist at the peak of his madness.
It feels like its mostly the dumb presents and lowly commanders while major heros seem generally more open to other races i wanted to say night elfs were super xenophobic but that changed in legion in val'sharah mostly.
+rdogg114 Dumb presents what the actual fuck?
your logic is flawed in a huge way, being that the humans forged an alliance with, elves, dwarves, gnomes, and any other race that would help in their cause to save the eastern kingdom. The orcs only made allies with the tauren and forsaken out of need, not because they liked these 2 races. In the first 2 wars the orcs basically made the trolls and ogres their slaves, they were not equals to orcs in any way until the orcs were beaten and treated like shit after their lose to the alliance in the 2nd war. Also the humans did team up with the forsaken and the forsaken killed them, so no there would be no trust after that. The high elves made the mistake of turning to dark acts in order to regain their lands, and after what happened to them with the forsaken they were not taking any chances with the former high elves.
What're you talking about? The orcs where good friends with the tauren and the trolls, and when did the forsaken betrayed the alliance soldies?
And they didn't acctualy want to team up with the forsaken, but since the alliance was to racist to let them in their alliance the forsaken begged Thrall to join their Horde which in the end they did
Edit:They needed a ally since the scourge around Lordaeron was to much and they coulden't handle them
Nice vids. Favorite part for me is when you make the big statements like a certain character dieing or someone committing an great action and I think, "what if they did this instead". Keep these up amigo
Are you going to do a What if the Worgen joined the Horde then aswell?
Yay! Fanfic time with Nixxiom! :D
Good to hear that at least you Nixxiom, even in this What If scenario, Sylvanas is a villain through and through and not a Messia or anti hero.
I think this was... Interesting i just pounderd over this yeasterday and thought almost the same as you Nixxiom just... Sylvanas would help the alliance and spread her plague in Ogrimmar,Thunderbluff,Stormwind and etc. xD
I'm really enjoying this type of narration and I hope you do more in the future.
New video idea.
What if in the First War the Alliance of Azeroth united under King Llane and marched on the first Horde led by Blackhand and Gul'dan?
Awesome theory man.
Fukin love this series ;))
At this point in the story the Frosaken have retaken Gilneas and they basically control the whole North of EK. I'd love to see them push for expansion and get to all out war with the Dwarves who are recently strengthened by the Dark Iron rejoining and also maybe go to retake Silvermoon since she is after all a High Elf, thus starting a bit of a Horde civil war with the greatly weakened Blood Elves.
This was a chilling What if.
This is a seriously sick time-line! Although believable.
Love the video nixxiom forsaken are very cool I played a TAUREN as my first character still play an alliance panda hunter on hyjal
this shits so dope bro
What about the second part of "What if the Scarlet Crusade conquered Lordearon?"
Where did you get that map from the intro? Im Doing an Warcraft PnP now with my friends and i could need some maps like this, so i dont have the cheap ones from actual ingame screenshots. Would be interesting if there is one too for Kalimdor and Northend?
The biggest flaw with this theory (other than the ˜years pass, nothing else happens˜) is that raising undead is a magical process. Sylvanas`s apothecaries never managed to attain that with science, they could only kill, thus half the reason she needs the Val`kyr so badly now. By destroying Stormwind without increasing her numbers Sylvanas would be vulnerable to basically everyone else, namely the Night Elves, the Horde, the Legion (since Burning Crusade is coming) and specially the Scourge.
[Apart from that, I quite like these videos. I like theoryzing scenarios such as these myself. Thumbs up, Nixxiom]
A mass war between the Dwarves and Forsaken would be a sight to behold in a standalone "what if" game.
So good
That's a very interesting take on events. You have really great story telling abilities. Not a fan of Sylvannas, myself. Although, I do recognise her strength, tenacity and resilience. Thank you for making and sharing this with us. :)
I wonder -- What if the High elves/Blood elves had never left the alliance? [hint hint, wink wink, nudge nudge.] ;p
Holy jesus that was good
love the storyline and lore. I wish you could have done a little cinematic. I started to go into a trance looking at the same thing lol.
when you prepare that plague just right
