The thieves guild quest line changes ownership from one NPC to another which results in ALL owned objects to change ownership and crime tags based on relationship rank. The moment that building changes ownership for the thieves guild all non valuable objects become take. Imagine if you were able to buy it outright without doing to Thieves guild questline, it would cause massive crashes and bugs because of ownership and would soft lock the Thieves guild questline.
@@ValePlaysGames now that I think about it isn’t an ownership thing but a problem with the building interiors. Both of them house an extra cave system that isn’t in the other versions of those buildings.
It would be cool if you could make the tennants homeless if we charged too much, then have to balance the rent with what people can pay. We already know the employment rates of the towns from that guy who does the census videos!

I think one of the mods I used to change the look of holds may have removed a couple of the for sale signs, but other than that no bugs! Really fun mod, but does seem the smaller towns weren’t added

I don’t think this is on Xbox, but a lot of the mods I used for building are! Check out blackthorn and Heljarchen farm which I believe are both Xbox
