Children need to understand how to establish boundaries, especially those who have experienced trauma. I like the red flag incorporation because it alerts children that when people do unhealthy things to them it is not okay. I also like the message of setting boundaries is a form of self-love. Great message as usual!

It can be good to cross communication and conversational boundaries. Some people make their boundaries too much. If someone is on a mental health break but you know the perfect way to make them happy, then cross their communication boundary. It will only be longer if you let them recover on their own. You have a choice to make them happy faster. They could be uncomfortable at first, but at the end, they’ll be extremely happy and they could thank you. And there would be a longer period of happiness in their life. If someone feels sad, do what would be fast to make them happy.
However, there are types of boundaries that are reasonable. If someone has a strong reason for their boundary, then their boundary was right for them to set.
