My brother has a cancerous tumor in his brain. Surgery is happening July 29th. He knows I am on a carnivore diet. He went on a low glycemic diet. Much less sugar and he's been walking, which helps his pain.

Brilliant talk, guys. I had the same thoughts: 11 years cancer free on the scans, feeling better than ever: what more is there to test? Well, they will come up with new tests that prove you're still not cancer free. They hate to see their patients go, and they will come up with the arguments to argue that. Are they stringing us along too deep into the woods of scientific models, I often wonder.

I wish on you on of your podcasts you'd delve into the by products from protein, when excess is eaten over the needs of the body to build and repair.

Great interview. Can't say it enough, metabolism is so much more important than just whether or not we get fat.

if you can stay attentive or maintain aware of breathing into the belly with each breath, you'll find the rest of the body can stay relaxed including the veins etc. delivering blood to the brain. Most people, when only breathing with tension will have vastly reduced blood flow to the brain,,, Migraine.

You may have developed restricted breathing patterns with your weight training that doesn't transfer to running.

59:32 - 1:01:26 Contrast dyes. That's what happened to me. Gadolinium poisoning. Chuck Norris' wife had it far worse than I did.
